The results of the Seventh National Census show that the process of population aging in China is further deepened.With the decline of physical function and the change of social role,the elderly are facing many physical and psychological health problems.Timely and effective medical services are of great significance in disease prevention,treatment,health care and improving the quality of life of the elderly."Internet+ medical service" model is not only the optimization and upgrading of traditional medical service mode,but also the concrete practice of "Healthy China 2030",which promotes the accessibility of Internet+medical services in the elderly.Let the elderly be willing to use,can use,make good use of "Internet + medical service",so that they can truly make intelligent health services will be popularized to the elderly,so that they can share the achievements of the progress of the times and health dividends,and effectively promote active and healthy aging.Therefore,the purpose of this articleis toimprove the accessibility of Internet+ medical services for the elderly.Based on the actual situation of D hospital,the author find out relevant models for reference in domestic and foreign medical service access theories.By means of case analysis,expert interview and questionnaire survey,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the accessibility of Internet+ medical services in the D hospital under the background of aging.The study found that there are still problems in the accessibility of Internet+ medical services in D hospitals,such as insufficient service connotation,single content and form,lack of technology for the elderly,inadequate education guarantee,imperfect payment system and poor health concept.After combing the relevant problems,the authorconstructs an evaluation model of accessibility of Internet+medical service under the aging background of D hospital from the four perspectives of service demand,skill support,economic payment and cognition concept.This model forms four research dimensions of adaptability,applicability,affordability and acceptability.Combined with practice,the problems and causes of the four dimensions are deeply analyzed,and the countermeasures for improving accessibility are proposed.To sum up,the author summarizes somecountermeasures: Optimization adaptability,further enrich the breadth and depth of online medical services,so as to meet the practical needs of the elderly;Elevating the applicablility,and further improve the technical suitability and teaching guarantee,so as to help the elderly better learn and use their skills;Enhance the affordability,further promote the construction of payment guarantee systems such as security supervision and diversified channels,so as to improve the elderly’s sense of security and trust in Internet services;Improve the acceptability,further strengthen health promotion,lead the elderly to actively adopt internet medical services,and comprehensively improve their health literacy.
