| Objective: To investigate the efficacy of "Tao Hong Huayu Formula" in combination with conventional Western medical treatment on SAP patients with "heart-blood stasis" and the effects of lipid levels(TG,TC,LDL)and inflammatory factors(hs-CRP);to provide a safe and The study will provide a safe and effective treatment option for patients with this disease. Methods: In this study,60 eligible patients were randomly assigned to either the observation group or the control group. The control group received treatment according to the conventional guideline;the observation group was treated with the "Tao Hong Hua Yu Fang" formula for 30 days, and the patients’ angina pectoris score,TCM syndrome score and laboratory indexes were recorded and measured on the first day and the 30 th day respectively. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: Data were collected for 57 patients, with 28 in the observation group and 29 in the control group.Baseline indicators were comparable between the groups(P>0.05).Both groups showed a 79% improvement in SAP symptoms, with no statistically significant difference between them(χ~2=0.945;P>0.05).However,the observation group had a statistically significant advantage in overall efficacy(Z=-2.161;P=0.031 < 0.05).The observation group also had a higher total effective rate(96%)compared to the control group(79.3%)in terms of Chinese medical evidence, with a statistically significant difference in overall efficacy(Z=-3.368;P=0.001).Furthermore,all laboratory index changes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The integration of “Tao Hong Hua Yu Fang” with conventional anti-SAP treatment in contemporary medicine has significant superiority in improving angina symptoms and TCM symptoms in SAP patients. This improvement is likely attributed to the modulation of inflammatory responses and lipid metabolism, among other mechanisms. |
