Objective:Investigate the occurrence of the anxiety and depression of female coronary heart disease patients in Anhui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and hospitalized,observe the laws of the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,identify the correlation between Chinese medicine syndrome type and anxiety depression,and identify the anxiety depression and depression and depression and depression and depression of female coronary heart disease.Age,PCI surgery history,combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,sleep disorders and other factors.Methods:The case was selected from December 2021 to December 2022 Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Cardiovascular Department of Cardiovascular Affairs and inpatient women in accordance with the diagnosis of coronary heart disease diagnosis,which recorded the basic situation of patients,including symptoms,tongue coating,age,PCI surgery history,merger,merging Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,sleep disorders and other materials.And instruct it to fill in the comprehensive hospital anxiety and depression emotional assessment table(HADS)to calculate the scores.Both cardiologists were classified by 260 female coronary heart disease patients,and finally conducted data statistical processing and discussed the data results.Results:A total of 260 questionnaires were issued to obtain 238 valid questionnaires.A total of134 people had anxiety and(or)symptoms of depression to varying degrees,with a rate of 56.30%.The incidence of depression was 31.53%;the incidence of anxiety was39.50%;at the same time,the incidence of anxiety and depression was 14.70%.238 patients with coronary heart disease patients with Chinese medicine types: 52people(21.85%),34 people(14.29%),60 people(25.21%)of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromes(25.21%)36 people(15.13%),16 people(6.72%),20 people with vitality and yin(8.40%),heart and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(6.30%),yang qi deficiency fading card(5 2.10%).The distribution of TCM syndrome in female patients with anxiety was as follows: 31(32.98%),27(28.72%),11(11.70%),11(11.70%),4(4.26%),3(3.19%),and 3 Yang deficiency(3.19%).The distribution of TCM syndrome types in female patients with depression is as follows: 27(36.00%),17(22.67%)of blood stasis,11(14.67%),8(36.00%),4(5.33%),4(5.33%),3(4.00%),and 1 of Yang deficiency(1.33%).The distribution of TCM syndrome in female patients with anxiety and depression was as follows: 18(51.42%)of blood stasis syndrome,6(17.14%),6(17.14%),2(5.71%)of blood deficiency,1(2.86%),1(2.86%),and 1 of Yang deficiency(2.86%).The main risk factors of female coronary heart disease patients with anxiety are combined with sleep disorders and PCI surgery history.Among them,female coronary heart disease patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are more likely to combine anxiety.The main risk factors of female coronary heart disease with coronary heart disease are merging cerebrovascular disease and heart failure.Among them,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation blood stasis evidence,female coronary heart disease patients are more likely to merge depression.Conclusion:The incidence rate of anxiety neurosis and melancholia in patients with coronary heart disease is high.The concentration of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is distributed in cardiac blood stasis obstruction,qi stagnation and blood stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis.Factors such as heart failure,PCI history,sleep disorders and other factors.
