Study On The Clinical Experience Of Professor Liu Guirong In Treating Coronary Heart Disease Accompanied By Anxiety And Depression

Research Objectives :To summarize the TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical medication experience of Professor Liu Guirong in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease accompanied by anxiety and depression by collecting and sorting out the effective medical cases and data mining analysis,so as to provide reference for the future clinical research and treatment of this disease.Methods :Collected 80 patients with coronary heart disease associated with anxiety and depression between December 2016 and December 2020,diagnosed and treated by Professor Liu Guirong,then use the "medical case big data analysis" function of the "ancient and modern medical case cloud platform" client(V2.3.5),descriptive statistical analysis,cluster analysis,association analysis and complex network analysis were carried out on the selected medical case data.Under the guidance of Professor Liu,the human-machine combination explained and supplemented the data mining results,and finally presented the data analysis results and the summary of medication experience by combining graphics,tables and words.Results :Most of the 80 CHD patients with anxiety and depression included in this study were elderly female patients,most of whom had a history of hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia.Patients with this disease clinical common weakness,chills,shortness of breath and other accompanying symptoms,tongue looks dark,with tooth marks,edge tip red and tongue coating looks white,thick,pulse like strings,hard,urgent.Overall medicinal at the treatment of the disease by Professor Liu Guirong is relatively peaceful,slightly spicy,warm,into the heart and liver meridian,including cassia twig,bupleurum,radix astragali,use frequency is highest,represented by the three traditional Chinese medicine,high frequency medicines has some functions,such as warm and unblock the meridians,make man pleasant,increase the body’s resistance,and through the study of the clustering and correlation analysis of high-frequency medicines received :Shenglonggu-Shengmuli;Qingpi-Chenpi;Tanxiang-Sharen;Chishao-Zhishi-Gualou-Xiebai;Danggui-Shenghuangqi-Danshen;Fuling-Renshen-Chenpi-Zhigancao;Huan gqin-Jiangbanxia-Wuweizi,a total of seven commonly used drug combinations.Research conclusions :1.Professor Liu Guirong proposed that core pathogenesis of coronary heart disease accompanied by anxiety and depression is the adjust airflow operation function of the liver impaired.The lesion is in heart and liver,involves the lungs,spleen,and kidneys.Abnormal air flow is the intermediate connection of the simultaneous occurrence of CHD and anxiety,depression,and the two(CHD and anxiety,depression)are causal to each other.Blood stasis and sputum have dual identities——pathological products and pathogenic factors,they are closely related to the occurrence of this disease.2.Professor Liu Guirong mainly treated the disease from the liver,with regulating qi as the first priority.The most widely used prescription is bupleurum falcatum plus dragon bone and oyster shell decoction(CHJLGMLT),commonly used drugs are Guizhi,Qingpi,Chenpi,Sharen,Zhishi,on this basis,Professor Liu were also given attention to eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency.3.The common TCM syndrome types of the disease are Qizhitanyv,Tanyvhujie,Qizhixueyv and Qixvxueyv,treat them with Zhishixiebaiguizhitang and Xiaochaihutang,Gualouxiebaibanxiatang and Danshenyin,Danshenyin and Buzhongyiqitang,Danshenyin and Renshenyangrongtang respectively.
