Clinical Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Oral Administration Of Juanbi Decoction Combined With External Application Of Black Plaster In The Treatment Of Cold-dampness Obstruction Type Knee Arthralgia

Obj ective:To observe the clinical effect of the Juan Bi decoction combined with the external application of black ointment in treating the patients with cold and dampness arthralgia(knee osteoarthritis),and provide new ideas and methods for the combination of internal and external medicine to treat knee arthralgi.Methods:According to the random number table,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group,each group 30 cases.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsule and glucosamine sulfate capsule orally.The observation group was treated with Juan Bi Decoction and black plaster for 4 weeks.The VAS score,WOMAC score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,laboratory index(ESR,CRP)and safety were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Spss26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general condition between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.There was no significrence in VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).3.The VAS score of tant diffehe two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,WOMAC score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and WOMAC score of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of TCM syndrome of the observation group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 73.3%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,and that of the control group was 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.After treatment,the levels of ESR and CRP in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Juanbi decoction combined with black plaster can improve the pain,swelling,joint stiffness and other symptoms of patients with knee arthralgia of cold dampness obstruction type,reduce the dysfunction of functional activities,with definite curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
