| Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of moxibustion and its possible mechanism by analyzing the scales scores and the content of inflammatory factor IL-1β and IL-18 changes in the patients before and after treatment.Method:Sixty subjects with T2DM cognitive decline were randomly recruited and separated into the two group.ACE-Ⅲ、BVMT-R、DST、AIS and the content of inflammatory factor IL-1β and IL-18 were tested before and after treatment,and the changes were compared.Chi-square test was used for disordered categorical variables.If the measurement data met the normality and homogeneity of variance,inter-group comparison use the independent sample t test,and paired t test was used for intra-group comparison.If not,Wilcoxon signed rank sum test was used for measurement data,statistical analysis use SPSS26.0 software.Results:1.The differences of ACE-Ⅲ scale attention,memory,language fluency and visual space scores before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.001),while the differences of memory and visual space scores in ACEⅢ scale before and after treatment in the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The differences of BVMT-R scale T1,T2,T3 and total scores before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.001),while the differences of BVMT-R scale T2 scores before and after treatment in the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The differences of DST scale order,reverse order and total score before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.001),while the differences of DST scale each part score before and after treatment in the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The differences of AIS scale before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the differences of AIS scale before treatment in the two group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The differences of the plasma content of inflammatory factor IL-1β and IL-18 before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the differences of the plasma content of inflammatory factor IL-1β and IL-18 before and after treatment in the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Moxibustion can treat the impaired cognitive function with CD cau sed by T2DM,and has better clinical effect on treating the learning and memory ability of subjects.The mechanism of Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion may be tha t moxibustion reduces inflammation in the central nervous system,and then allev iates the apoptosis of nerve cells and the deposition of Aβ-amyloid protein.2.Moxibustion can improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients and has a good effect in the treatment of insomnia.3.The Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion has clear curative effect and is safe and reliable. |
