1.Objective:Based on the systematic summary of traditional Chinese acupuncture literature and the existing study and work, combined with the research progress at home and abroad, this study adopts modern clinical efficacy evaluation methods to observe the efficacy and safety of deep-acupoint awn needle Baliao in the treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury, providing clinical basis for the treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury at deep-acupoint Awn needle Baliao.2.Methods:Fifty-four patients developed neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. They were given a damage rating before treatment. Then they were randomly divided into two groups, each with 27 people. Both groups had bladder function training. And at the same time, the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture and the other of the two groups used awn needles to prick eight liao points. The indexes of urine diaries, urine flow dynamics and so on and the outcome of the treatment were compared before and after treatment in the observation group and control group.Use SPSS statistical software to neaten and analyze the data of the obtained results, and draw relevant conclusions.3.Results:(1)General information: The general data of the two groups were compared, and there was almost no difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Comparison before and after treatment within the group: the indexes of urinary diary, urodynamics(maximum urine flow rate)and so on of patients in the observation group and control group were ameliorated posttreatment, and the discrepancies were very remarkable(P<0.01).(3)Comparison between groups prior-treatment and posttreatment: At prior treatment, there were no remarkable discrepancies in the indexes of urinary diary, urodynamics(maximum urine flow rate)and other indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability. After treatment, the amelioration of research indicators in the observation group was visibly better than that in the control group, andthe discrepancies were much more obvious(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of total effective rate: After treatment,The observation group and the control group were 70.37% and 92.59%.The discrepancy was very remarkable(P<0.05).4.Conclusion:(1)The treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury by deep-stabbing Baliao acupoint with awn needle can effectively improve patients’ urination and quality of life, restore patients’ bladder function, and reduce bladder residual urine volume.(2)Based on the basic treatment of bladder function training, compared with conventional acupuncture,deep-acupuncture with awn needle can further improve patients’ urination and quality of life, restore patients’ bladder function, and reduce bladder residual urine volume.
