Objective: To summarize Zhang Jiebin’s academic thoughts and clinical characteristics,and explore the influence of Zhang Jiebin’s academic thoughts and clinical experience on Xin’an medical practitioners by studying and comparing the relevant works of Xin’an medical practitioners,so as to clarify the source and flow relationship between the academic thoughts and clinical experience of some doctors of Xin’an medical school and Zhang Jiebin’s academic thoughts and clinical experience,and clarify the academic inheritance and development vein of Xin’an medicine.Methods: Firstly,Zhang Jiebin’s academic thought and dialectical characteristics were sorted out.Secondly,through the "Xin’an Medical Research on the Essence of Great Doctors","Xin’an Medical Academic Origin Examination","Reserch on Xin’an Medical Scholar’s Academic Thought and Clinical Experience ","Examination of Medical Records in Xin’an",the medical scholars influenced by Zhang Jiebin are listed,mainly Wu Chu,Luo Mei,Cheng Wenyou,Wu Cheng,Wang Wenqi,Chen Hongyou,etc.Read the "Bao Ming Zhen Quan","Yi Yan Lu","Ancient and Modern Famous Medical Formulas","Medical Description","Xingxuan Medical Case","Bu Ju Ji","Miscellaneous Diseases and Heart Records","Guanjian Medical Case",and consult other relevant research papers,compare the relevant contents with Zhang Jiebin’s academic thoughts and clinical experience,and analyze and summarize the influence of Zhang Jiebin on Xin’an medical practitioners.Result: Zhang Jiebin was a distinguished medical practitioner of the Ming Dynasty,a great master of warming and tonicity of his generation,who studied ancient prescriptions and made many innovations.He has a large influence on many Xin’an medical practitioners.1.Wu Chu was mainly influenced by Li Dongyuan,but there are many references to Zhang Jiebin’s discussion in his writings.2.Luo Mei advocated Zhang Jiebin’s academic thoughts,such as Zhang Jiebin’s theory of yin and yang as well as the vital gate,the theory ofasthenic disease,and the academic idea of comprehensive analysis of data gained by four diagnostic methods.3.Cheng Wenyou is a representative doctor of the warming and tonicity school of Xin’an Medical Family,and was greatly influenced by Zhang Jiebin,whose medical cases reflect the characteristics of "warming and tonicity".4.Wu Cheng founded the "external damage theory" and "spleen yin theory",his academic thinking was also influenced by Zhang Jiebin.5.Wang Wenqi followed Zhang Jiebin’s example: the style of compiling his works was inherited from the "Jingyue Quanshu",Wang Wenqi’s cognition of certain diseases,Wang Wenqi’s philosophy of treating certain diseases and his references to Zhang Jiebin’s own prescriptions.6.Chen Hongyou respected Zhang Jiebin’s theory and used many tonic methods in his medical cases,and he used Zhang Jiebin’s prescription many times.Conclusion: As an outstanding physician of the Ming Dynasty,Zhang Jiebin was highly respected by many Xin’an medical in later generations,and learned from him,which enriched the academic content of Xin’an Medicine to a certain extent and promoted the development of Xin’an Medicine.
