A Comparative Study On The Academic Thoughts And Influence Of Cheng Yingmao And Zhang Lu On The Academic Thought Of Shanghan

Objective At present,the research on the simplified school of typhoid fever mainly stays at the level of summarizing the academic thoughts of individual doctors,and lacks the horizontal comparison of the academic thoughts of the simplified school of typhoid fever in the same period.Based on this,this paper chooses Cheng Yingmao and Zhang Lu,two important doctors of typhoid fever after Fang Youzhi and Yu Chang,to horizontally compare their academic thoughts of typhoid fever and their influence on later generations under the theoretical framework of typhoid fever,so as to intuitively show their academic characteristics of typhoid fever and their contributions to the research and development of exogenous diseases,so as to provide ideas and methods for further research on typhoid fever and other academic schools of typhoid fever.MethodsThis paper will mainly use two research methods : literature reading method and comparative research method.First of all,through the literature study method,intensive reading of Cheng Yingmao ’s " Treatise on Febrile Diseases " and " Treatise on Febrile Diseases " and Zhang Lu ’s " Treatise on Febrile Diseases " and " Introduction to Febrile Diseases " are familiar with the academic thoughts of the two masters of the wrong Jane school.Secondly,under the theoretical framework of typhoid fever,the academic thoughts of Cheng Yingmao and Zhang Lu were compared horizontally through comparative research method,and the similarities and differences between the two academic thoughts were discussed and summarized.Finally,through the literature study method,the main medical works of Huang Yuanyu,Ke Qin,Yu Genchu,Wang Shixiong and other doctors were studied,and the inheritance and development of the academic thoughts of Cheng Yingmao and Zhang Lu ’s typhoid fever were summarized,so as to compare and summarize the contribution of the two doctors in the field of exogenous disease research.Results(1)In terms of the main ideas of Shanghan Cuojian School,Cheng Yingmao and Zhang Lu reordered the chapters and articles of Shanghan Lun.Cheng Yingmao denied ’typhoid cases ’ and Zhang Lu affirmed ’ typhoid cases ’;the two doctors have different degrees of inheritance and development of the theory of the three principles;cheng Yingmao denied the discussion of febrile diseases in ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’ and supplemented the content of differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases in Article6 of ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’.Zhang Lu greatly supplemented and developed the content of febrile diseases in ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’ and the chapter of six meridians.(2)In terms of the basic concept of ’ Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’,Cheng Yingmao expanded the scope of typhoid fever,and Zhang Lu enriched the content of generalized typhoid fever.Cheng should define the essence of the six meridians as the disease location bounded by the internal and external organs.Zhang Lu believes that the six meridians are the twelve meridians.(3)In terms of the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of six-channel diseases,Zhang Lu has a clear classification of six-channel diseases compared with Cheng Yingmao;cheng Yingmao emphasized pulse diagnosis,and Zhang Lu supplemented inspection and tongue diagnosis while emphasizing pulse diagnosis.The two doctors have different degrees of supplement and play to the treatment of six-channel diseases.(4)In terms of the impact on future generations of physicians,Cheng Yingmao has a certain influence on the theoretical innovation of later generations of typhoid fever,and Zhang Lu has a certain contribution to the development of future generations of febrile diseases.ConclusionThrough the comparative study of Cheng Yingmao and Zhang Lu ’s academic thoughts of typhoid fever,it is found that although Cheng Yingmao and Zhang Lu are both wrong simplified doctors under the influence of Fang youzhi and Yu chang,due to the different attitudes of the two doctors towards the preservation and abolition of ’typhoid fever cases ’ and the different understanding of the essence of ’ typhoid fever ’and ’ six meridians ’,the two doctors have certain differences in the specific diagnosis and treatment of six meridians and warm diseases,which in turn leads to great differences in both the academic thoughts of typhoid fever and the influence on later generations.
