| Objective:This study aims to provide methods and ideas for the treatment of unstable angina(sputum blood stasis syndrome)with traditional Chinese medicine by observing the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Shuangqing Decoction and its influence on relevant research indicators,and then analyzing its mechanism of action.Method:From the patients who consulted department of Geriatric Cardiology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of CM,40 patients who met the investigational type were divided into the research group and the control group.The control group received corresponding treatment according to the guidelines;On this basis,the research group took Xuefu Shuangqing Decoction;Both groups were observed for 8 weeks.The data of TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,ECG efficacy,Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale,hs-CRP,hs-CTn I and blood lipid changes were collected before and after treatment.SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to analyze the collected data.Results:During the observation,one patient in the control group refused to be treated with traditional Chinese medicine,so there were 39 effective cases in the control group and the rest of the patients in the research group completed treatment.The age,sex,course of disease,and other conditions were roughly the same in both groups(P > 0.05).1.TCM syndrome score: TCM syndrome score of patients in both groups showed a downward trend(P > 0.05),while the decline of the study group was greater(P < 0.05),and the treatment was more effective.2.TCM syndrome effect: both groups of patients have improved TCM syndrome and no symptoms have worsened.Among them,the effective rate of TCM treatment is about10% higher than that of pure Western medicine,and it is obvious that the improvement of TCM symptoms is more obvious from Xuefu Shuangqing Decoction(P < 0.05).3.ECG effect: the ECG condition of patients in both groups was improved compared with that before and there was no patient with worse ECG condition.The effective rate of Western medicine alone is about 5% lower than that of ECG effect among them.Therefore,it was obvious that Xuefu Shuangqing Decoction was more useful for ECG effect(P < 0.05).4.Seattle angina questionnaire: After a period of treatment,both groups of patients improved in Physical limitation,Angina stability,Angina frequency,Treatment satisfaction,Disease perception score(P < 0.05),but receiving Xuefu Shuangqing Decoction had these advantages over simply use Western medicine(P < 0.05).5.hs-c Tn I: After 1 week of treatment,hs-c Tn I decreased to varying degrees in both groups(P < 0.05),and the decline trend was more significant in the research group than other group(P < 0.05).However,the levels of hs-c Tn I were approximately the same in both groups(P > 0.05),after 4 weeks of treatment.6.hs-CRP: After 4 weeks of treatment,the inflammatory response of both groups of patients showed that hs-CRP level was well controlled(P < 0.05),but compared with Western medicine alone,the proportion of decrease was indeed smaller than that of received Xuefu Shuangqing Decoction(P < 0.05).7.Blood lipids: The levels of blood lipids in both groups were better compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment methods of the research group had more advantages in reducing TC,TG and LDL-C(P < 0.05)through the treatment.In addition,there was no striking difference between the two groups in increasing HDL-C(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment effect of simple western medicine treatment for unstable angina patients is not as good as that of Xuefu Shuangqing Decoction.2.The mechanism of action of Xuefu Shuangqing Decoction may be related to anti-myocardial ischemic injury,inhibition of inflammatory response,regulation of blood lipid levels and inhibition of platelet activation.It is also related to regulating blood lipid levels and inhibiting platelet activation. |
