Lujiang Xu’s Fuke Bushen Bazhen Decoction Combined With Femoston To Treat Early-onset Ovarian Insufficiency Of Kidney Qi Deficiency Type Clinical Curative Effect Observation

ObjectiveThis experiment aims to explore the combination of Lujiang Xu’s Gynecology Kid ney Tonifying Bazhen Tang and Femoston on kidney qi deficiency type early-onset ovar ian insufficiency（POI）,so as to facilitate better clinical application.MethodsFrom November 2021 to November 2022,96 patients diagnosed with POI of kidne y qi deficiency in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine outpatient department were collected.All redandomly divide into 3 groups:treatment gr oup（1）（Xu’s Fuke Bushen Bazhen Decoction in Lujiang）,treatment group（2）（Xu’s Fuke B ushen Bazhen Decoction in Lujiang+Femoston）,Femoston group,32 cases each.Treatme nt group（1）simple Lujiang Xu’s gynecological Bushen Bazhen Decoction（starting from t he 5th day of menstrual cycle,continuous administration for 28 days）;Femoston group was treated with simplex Femoston（oral administration of white tablets starting from the5th day of menstrual cycle and gray tablets after 14 days,1 tablet per day）.Treatment gr oup（2）Lujiang Xu’s gynecological Bushen Bazhen Decoction combined with Femoston;The treatment lasted for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The serum sex hormone levels[f ollicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,estradiol（E₂）],anti-muller-tu be hormone（AMH）,bilateral ovarian volume（OV）,bilateral sinus follicle number（AFC）,TCM syndrome score,clinical comprehensive efficacy data changes and safety of the 3groups before and after treatment were observed.Results（1）Baseline analysis:Among the 96 patients included in the study,5 cases fell off（T reatment group（1）and Femoston group each accounted for 1 case,while treatment group（2）accounted for 3 cases）.General indicators for each group of patients[age,course of dis ease,body mass index（BMI）],serum sex hormone level before observation,AMH,OV,AF C and TCM syndrome scores were tested in each group,and there was no statistical signi ficance（P>0.05）,indicating comparability.（2）Comparison of serum sex hormone levels:There is no significant difference in th e previous values of FSH,LH,and E₂among the three groups（P>0.05）,which was compa rable.After the treatment,FSH and LH values decreased,while E₂values increased（P<0.01）.The treatment group（2）was better than the treatment group（1）and the Femoston gro up（P<0.05）,and the Femoston group wins over the treatment group（1）（P<0.05）.（3）Comparison of AMH levels:There was no difference in the pre AMH values am ong the three groups（P>0.05）,which can be compared;After comparing the three groups of AMH,there was no difference（P>0.05）.（4）Bilateral comparison of OV and AFC:There was no significant difference in the OV and AFC values of the three groups before treatment（P>0.05）,which was comparabl e.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the OV and AFC valu es of the three groups（P<0.05）.The comparison between treatment group（2）and treatmen t group（1）,as well as the Fenmutong group,is undoubtedly significant（P<0.01）,The differ ences were not statistically significant（P>0.05）.（5）Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:The previous three groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores showed no difference（P>0.05）and were comparable;After that,there were differencesvin the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrom es among the three groups（P<0.05）,and the treatment group（2）had better therapeutic effe cts（P<0.05）,and（1）the treatment group was better than Femoston group in terms of the s cores of secondary symptoms and symptoms（P<0.05）.（6）Comprehensive clinical efficacy:Through medical treatment,the total cure rate was 83.9%（26/31）in the treatment group（1）and 96.6%（28/29）in the treatment group（2）,83.9%（26/31）of the Femoston group.After testing,the comprehensive efficacy of the thr ee groups was different（P<0.01）,However,the treatment group（2）outperformed the treat ment group（1）and the Fenmutong group（P<0.01）,and the treatment group（1）had the sam e efficacy as Femoston（P>0.05）.（7）Safety analysis:During the treatment period,there were no abnormalities in any group.Conclusion（1）Lujiang Xu’s Fuke Bushen Bazhen Decoction combined with Femoston can effe ctively improve the serum sex hormone level,OV and AFC in patients with kidney qi de ficiency POI,which is better than the single drug Lujiang Xu’s Fuke Bushen Bazhen dec oction and Femoston,and the combined effect is good.（2）Lujiang Xu’s Fuke Bushen Bazhen Decoction combined with Femoston can obv iously correction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms in POI Patients with Kidn ey qi Deficiency Symptoms,and the efficacy is superior to the single drug Lujiang Xu’s Fuke Bushen Bazhen Decoction and Femoston,among which the single drug Lujiang X u’s Fuke Bushen Bazhen decoction has more advantages in improving the symptoms of TCM syndrome than the single drug Femoston.
