Effect Of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule On Serum AQP-1、AQP-5、CC16 In Patients With Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Wind-heat And Phlegm-heat Obstructing The Lung Syndrome) The Effect Of Content

Objective:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）（wind-heat invasion of lung and phlegm-heat obstruction of lung syndrome）and the effect on serum AQP-1,AQP-5and CC16.The aim of this study is to provide a new and reliable TCM treatment for PATIENTS with AECOPD.It also provides scientific basis for clinical application of shufeng Jiedu capsule.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were included in the diagnosis of Western medicine,and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was wind heat attacking the lung and obstructing phlegm-heat obstructing the lung.There were 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with AECOPD low flow oxygen therapy,anti-infection,spasmolytic,asthmatic and other treatments.The treatment group was added with Shufeng Jiedu capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of the two groups was one week,and then the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,CAT scores,lung function indexes and serum CC16,AQP-1 and AQP-5 contents of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.There was no stattistically significant in gender,age,and course of disease in the two groups,which could be compared.There was no statistical significance in TCM symptom score,CAT score,lung function,serum AQP-1,AQP-5 and CC16 contents in2 groups before treatment（P>0.05）.2.Overall efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.3%;The total effective rate of control group was 80%.After comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.TCM syndrome score:TCM syndrome score decreased after treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group（P<0.05）.4.CAT score:All CAT scores decreased after treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.5.Lung function:The indexes of FVC,FEV₁and FEV₁/FVC%in 2 groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment（P<0.05）;The improvement of the above indexes was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.6.Comparison of AQP-1,AQP-5 and CC16:the expression levels of AQP-1,AQP-5and CC16 in the two groups After treatment were power-up than those before treatment（P<0.05）,and in the between groups,those levels after threatnent were higher in treatment group than control group.Conclusion:The application of Shufeng Jidu capsule combined with oxygen inhalation,antiinfection,anti-inflammation,spasmosis,antiasthmatic and other treatments can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of AECOPD patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve lung function,reduce CAT score,increase the serum AQP-1,AQP-5,CC16 content of patients,and promote the recovery of patients.
