Effect Of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule On Serum PGE₂,IL-1 And TNF-in Rats With Acute Pharyngitis And Its Clinical Effect

1.Objective（1）To observe the effect of shufeng jiedu capsule on acute pharyngitis in rats and patients with acute pharyngitis.（2）Combined with the changes of PGE₂,IL-1βand TNF-αin serum of rats with acute pharyngitis,the possible mechanism of shufeng jiedu capsule in the treatment of acute pharyngitis was further discussed.2.Method2.1 Animal experiment（1）70 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,including the normal group,the model group,the placebo group,the high dose group of shufengjiedu capsule,the medium dose group of shufengjiedu capsule,the low dose group of shufengjiedu capsule,and the clarithromycin group,with 10 rats in each group（half male and half female）.（2）Ten rats in the model group were sprayed with 15%ammonia in their pharynx with a laryngeal sprayer,once at 10:00 and 16:00 every day,and each time was sprayed for 3 times.The acute pharyngitis model was established for three consecutive days.（3）Rats in the normal group were sacrificed,and 10 rats in the normal group and 10rats in the model group were sacrificed.The pharyngeal mucosa of 2 groups of rats was removed.After the pathological changes of the pharynx of the rats,the successful model building was judged.（4）Serum levels of PGE₂,IL-1βand TNF-αrats were determined by elisa after treatment.2.2Clinical researchBased on patients with voluntary principle,according to the clinical time sorting label,select in March 2018-December 2018 in anhui province hospital otolaryngology 60patients with acute pharyngitis,according to the label as breeze jiedu capsule group 30cases and clarithromycin group and control group,30 cases each group patients were first treatment,never use other drugs,compared the two groups before treatment,cure the symptoms of 5 d integral change,the statistical analysis of the results,the corresponding conclusions.3.Result3.1Animal experiment resultsAmong the six groups,serum concentrations of PGE₂,IL-1βand TNF-αwere the lowest in the normal group,and three indicators in the other five groups were significantly higher than those in the normal group,with the highest indicators in the placebo group.3.2Clinical trial results3.2.1SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Gender,age and comprehensive score before treatment of the two groups were comparable,and the experiment was feasible.3.2.2After treatment for 5 days,the effective rate was 90%in the study group and 93%in the control group,but there was no statistical difference in the efficacy between the two groups.4.Conclusion4.1Shufeng jiedu capsule can effectively reduce the levels of PGE₂,IL-1βand TNF-αin serum of rats with acute pharyngitis4.2Shufeng jiedu capsule is used in the treatment of acute pharyngitis patients,the effect is significant;4.3The possible mechanism of shufeng jiedu capsule in the treatment of acute pharyngitis is the change of PGE₂,IL-1βand TNF-αin serum.
