With the progress of the age and the improvement of the living level of social,the number of patients with diabetes is increasing day by day,and diabetes is harmful to human health.In order to solve the physical and mental pain of diabetes patients more effectively,monitoring their blood sugar content is necessary.Currently,there are two kinds of blood sugar monitoring methods: on-site and portable.However,both of these methods require multiple blood collection to monitor blood glucose content,which often brings patients uncomfortable experience and increases the risk of wound infection.In order to realize non-invasive monitoring of blood glucose in vitro,researchers have found that glucose content in human sweat is intrinsically correlated with blood glucose concentration.Therefore,non-invasive detection of sweat glucose through glucose sensor has become a hot topic in the research field.In this paper,the metal organic frame(MOFs)material was used as the sensor electrode to fabricate glucose sensor based on sweat sugar non-invasive detection,and the detection circuit suitable for this kind of sensor was designed and fabricated.The main research work includes the following:(1)Using PET as the base of sensor electrode and Ni Co-BTC/CC as the sensitive material,the non-invasive detection glucose sensor was prepared through screen printing,and the detection circuit suitable for non-invasive detection glucose sensor was designed.Including sensor electrode connector,potentiostatic circuit,signal amplifying circuit,MCU control circuit and OLED display module.The sensor adopts a three-electrode system,including reference electrode,working electrode and auxiliary electrode.The potentiostatic circuit ensures the stability of the potential difference between the working electrode and the reference electrode.The current generated by the sensor is converted into a voltage signal that can be collected through two amplifying circuits and then input to ADC,which collects the signal and finally displays it on the OLED screen.(2)Designed a software driver module system that was compatible with hardware,and wrote and developed programs on the keiluVision5 platform,mainly including system operation flow control,ADC sampling program,OLED display program and input signal processing.Flexible PCB processing technology is used in PCB design,which is convenient to realize the wearability of the equipment.Finally,each module of the system is tested and the practical application of the wearable sweat sugar detection system is tested.The results show that the sensor detection circuit can operate effectively and the sensor can effectively detect glucose in sweat.
