Objective:Thesis aims to analyze the influence of clinical nurses’ demographic characteristics, moral sensitivity, humanistic care ability and the level of nursing-patient relationship based on nurses’ perspective, analyze the influence of their demographic characteristics on moral sensitivity, humanistic care ability and nursing-patient relationship,as well as the relationship between moral sensitivity, humanistic care ability and nursing-patient relationship, and explore the role path of nurses’ moral sensitivity and humanistic care ability on the nursing-patient relationship,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further development of high-quality nursing and improvement of nursing-patient relationship.Method:Thesis is a cross-sectional survey study,367 clinical nurses were selected as research subjects by stratified sampling method in a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province, from June 2022 to December 2022.The literature research method was used to collate, summarize and analyze the relevant literature on nurses’ humanistic care ability, moral sensitivity and nursing-patient relationship. The general demographic data questionnaire,Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire, the Caring Ability Inventory and the Nursing-Patient Relationship Scale based on the Nurse’s Perspective were used to investigate the level of clinical nurses’ moral sensitivity, humanistic care ability and nursing-patient relationship. All data were analyzed using SPSS21.0 and AMOS24.0.And the data were analyzed and processed by descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, structural equation model, and mediation effect test.Outcome:1.The total score of moral sensitivity of clinical nurses(40.39±6.33)scores,of which the average scores of the two dimensions were moral responsibility, strength and moral burden in descending order; The total score of nurses’ humanistic care ability(193.68±22.24)scores,among which the average scores of the three dimensions were patience, cognition and courage in descending order; The total score of nursing-patient relationship based on the perspective of nurses(46.03 ± 6.64)scored in which the average scores of the two dimensions were patient-centered and nursing-patient trust in descending order.2.One-way ANOVA showed that the differences in moral sensitivity of clinical nurses in terms of age, education level, marital status, average monthly income, children, title, and working years were statistically significant(P<0.05);There were significant differences in humanistic care ability in terms of gender(P<0.05).There were significant differences in age, mean monthly earnings and department.(P<0.05).3.Correlation analysis of clinical nurses’ moral sensitivity, humanistic care ability and nursing-patient relationship: the nursing-patient relationship was positively correlated with moral sensitivity,as well as its two dimensions, moral responsibility, strength and moral burden(r=0.587,r=0.688,r=0.258,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the nursing-patient relationship and the humanistic care ability,as well as cognition, courage and patience in the three dimensions(r=0.600,r=0.618,r=0.211,r=0.577,P<0.01).Humanistic care ability, moral sensitivity, moral responsibility, strength and moral burden were positively correlated(r=0.348,r=0.522,r=0.025,P<0.01).4.Multiple linear regression showed that nursing-patient trust,patient-centeredness,cognition and courage entered the regression model of nurses’ moral sensitivity(P<0.05),nursing-patient trust,patient-centerness,moral responsibility and strength, moral burden and gender into nurses’ humanistic care ability(P<0.05),moral responsibility and strength, cognition, courage, patience and department into nurse-patient relationship based on nurses’ perspective(P<0.05).5.The structural equation model showed that humanistic care ability played a partial mediating role between clinical nurses’ moral sensitivity and nursing-patient relationship, and the indirect effect value of humanistic care ability was 0.508,Bias-Corrected 95% CI was(0.108,0.979),and the mediating effect accounted for31.05% of the total effect.Conclusion:1.The moral sensitivity of clinical nurses and their various dimensions are at a medium level, the humanistic care ability and its various dimensions are at a low level, the nursing-patient relationship is at a medium level, and the level of nursing-patient trust is low.2.Age,education level, marital status, average monthly income, children, title, and working years have a certain impact on the moral sensitivity of clinical nurses.Gender has a certain impact on the humanistic care ability of clinical nurses, and age, average monthly income, and department have a certain impact on the nursing-patient relationship based on the perspective of nurses.3.The moral sensitivity and humanistic care ability of clinical nurses have an impact on the nursing-patient relationship, and the higher the moral responsibility and strength score of moral sensitivity, the higher the score of nursing-patient relationship; The higher the cognition, courage and patience of humanistic care ability, the better the relationship between care and patient.4.The moral sensitivity of clinical nurses can directly affect the nursing-patient relationship, and can also indirectly affect the nursing-patient relationship through the regulation of humanistic care ability.
