| Objective:To explore the cutoff value of DR and MRI in the diagnosis of female IFI and its diagnostic efficacy on pelvic DR plain film in 30° internal rotation position.Methods:A total of 60 female patients(meet the criteria for joining the group)were recruited from March 2022 to October 2022 in the Department of Radiology,affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University(1 pelvic DR plain film,2 standing long bone splicing X-ray plain film of both lower limbs).Prospective MRI scanning was performed in the case group(n=47 hips)and the control group(n=60 hips).The related parameters were measured:the Ischiofemoral space(IFS),The length of femoral neck axis(FNAL)and Cervicodiaphyseal angle(CCD)were measured on the DR plain film of the hip joint in the supine position,and the Ischiofemoral space(IFS)was measured on the MRI axial position T1WI sequence of the hip joint.The data were measured and averaged by two radiologists.The data were compared by t-test and Chi-square test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Draw ROC curve to determine the diagnostic cutoff value.Results:1 Compared with the control group,the bilateral Ischiofemoral space(IFS)and the bilateral Femoral head neck length(FNAL)in the pelvic DR positive film were smaller than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BMI and Cervicodiaphyseal angle(CCD)between the experimental group and the control group.2 There was significant difference in IFS between the experimental group and the control group in MRI examination in the position of 30°neutral internal rotation of both feet.3 Under the neutral internal rotation 30° position of female feet measured by DR and MRI,the best diagnostic cutoff value of DR IFS was 22.35mm.The best diagnostic cutoff value of MRI IFS was 22.20mm.4 After grouping according to the cut-off value of IFS diagnosis of DR and MRI in this study,there was a significant statistical correlation between the two groups and the positive signs of IFI imaging(P<0.001).The ROC contrast curve analysis showed that the IFS cutoff value of DR obtained in this study has the best diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of IFI by pelvic DR plain film.Conclusions:IFS is an important index for the diagnosis of IFI.The DR plain film of the pelvis in the supine position with 30°internal rotation in the neutral position of both feet has a good diagnostic efficacy on predicting IFI by measuring IFS.The cut-off value of IFS diagnosis obtained by MRI examination in the same position is also suitable for pelvic DR plain film.DR plain film of pelvis in supine position with 30°internal rotation in both feet can be used as an effective tool for IFI screening in patients with chronic hip pain. |
