Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Smart Soup Combined With Siwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi And Blood Deficiency Hearing Impairment

Objective:This study provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease by clinically observing the efficacy and safety of "Yiqi Smart Soup combined with Siwu Soup" in the treatment of qi and blood deficiency hearing impairment.Methods:From October 2021 to October 2022,70 patients with qi and blood deficiency hearing impairment who were treated in the Department of Encephalopathy of Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group(Yiqi Smart Soup combined with Siwu Soup)and control group(methylcobalamin tablets combined with Ginkgo honey ring oral solution),and the course of treatment was 2 weeks.The scores of Hearing handicap inventory for adult screening(HHIA-S),Pure tone audiogram(PTA),and TCM Syndrome Points Scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Smart Soup combined with Siwu Decoction were evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general data between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the HHIA-S score,PTA average air conduction,total score of TCM syndrome and individual score of TCM syndrome were all lower than before,and the decrease rate was more obvious in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Clinical effective rate: 91.4% in the observation group and 80% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The effective rate of TCM symptoms: 88.6% in the observation group and 74.3% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety indexes: there were no abnormalities in hematuria routine and liver and kidney function before and after treatment between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.According to the changes of HHIA-S score,PTA average air conduction and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,it was indicated that Yiqi Smart Soup combined with Siwu Decoction could significantly improve the hearing of patients.2.Yiqi Smart Soup combined with Siwu decoction in the treatment of qi and blood deficiency hearing impairment is more significant in improving TCM symptoms such as deafness,tinnitus,fatigue,shortness of breath,lazy speech,and less complexion.3.Yiqi Smart Soup combined with Siwu Tong plus Minus in the treatment of Qi and Blood Deficiency hearing impairment has no adverse effects,has high safety.
