The Clinical Study On Yangyin Yiqi Soup In The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Of Irregular Shedding Of Endometrium

Purpose:To observe of Yangyin Yiqi Soup in the treatment of deficiency of both Qi and yin of irregular shedding of endometrium on the clinical efficacy and preliminary study on its mechanism and looked forward to its reference and guide in the clinical treatment of this disease.Method:54 patients,who were diagnosed with type of deficiency of both Qi and yin of ovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding irregular shedding of endometrium were randomly divided into treatment group(27 cases) and control group(27 cases). the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group received proprietary Chinese medicines treatments.All patients were given 3 menstrual cycles of therapy, primary observation on the clinical effect of two groups of patients: compared two groups of patients’ clinical symptoms and signs, basal body temperature, changes in levels of progesterone and endometrial thickness before and after treatment.Result:In the comprehensive therapeutic effect,the treatment group has 43.33% of recovery,30.00% of marked effective rate and 13.33% of effective rate,while the control group has 6.67% of recovery,33.33% of marked effective rate and 13.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%,which much higher than 53.33% of the control group, and the contrast difference here has statistically significant(P<0.05).In the improvement of TCM symptom aspects,the treatment group has 43.33% of recovery,30.00% of marked effective rate and 16.67% of effective rate,while the control group has 6.67% of recovery,33.33% of marked effective rate and 13.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.00%,which much higher than 53.33% of the control group, and the contrast difference here has statistically significant(P<0.05).In the integral of TCM symptom aspects,the symptom integral of both groups has been declined after treatment(P<0.05), but the integral of the treatment group is lower than that of the control group, and the difference also has statistically significant(P<0.05).In the secondary inspection aspects, the treatment group in improving the shift term and high-temperature date of BBT and revising the progesterone level and improving the endometrial thickness curative effect is distinct compared with the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yangyin Yiqi Soup in the treatment of deficiency of both Qi and yin of ovulation bleeding irregular shedding of endometrium has better clinical curative effect,which can improve menstrual periods, by color, by mass and accompanying symptoms,basal body temperature,levels of rogesterone and endometrial thickness.Above observations reflect that the therapeutic methods of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,benefiting Qi and nourishing yin, consolidating Chong Ning blood have important clinical implications.
