Analysis Of The Current Situation And High-quality Development Strategy Of Chinese Herbal Pieces Industry In Gansu

The Chinese herbal pieces industry is an essential part of the Chinese medicine industry and plays a role in the industry chain.Gansu is rich in Chinese herbal resources and has a good foundation for the Chinese herbal pieces industry,which has the potential for high-quality development.A systematic analysis of the current situation of the development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu and strategies for the high-quality development of the industry can provide important ideas for the healthy and sustainable development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu.This paper applies the knowledge mapping to comprehensively summarize and sort out the research literature on the development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry;combines questionnaires and field research to objectively and deeply analyze the current situation of the development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu Province;uses the policy analysis method based on policy tools to evaluate the coordination of policies for the development of Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu Province;based on the research review and current situation analysis,the research proposes a specific path for the development of Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu Based on the research review and the analysis of the current situation,the specific paths for the high-quality development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu were proposed.Through the current situation analysis,it was found that the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu has basically formed an industrial layout with Dingxi city as the centre and radiating to the periphery;in 2021,the research enterprise herbal pieces production 46,703.27 tons,the output value of 1.913 billion yuan,the main business income of 2.915 billion yuan,from 2019 to 2021,the output,output value,profit and product quality of the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu have been improved,and most enterprises have formulated development plans and enterprise management systems;there are still shortcomings in industrial concentration,overseas sales,leading enterprises cultivation,brand creation,etc.Applying environmental policy tools in the policies related to the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu Province is frequent and comprehensive.However,the distribution of policies is scattered,lack of targeted special policy planning,and the application of supply-based and demand-based policy tools needs to be revised.Through systematic research,specific paths are proposed to promote the highquality development of Gansu’s Chinese herbal pieces industry,including ten aspects such as strengthening top-level design,optimizing industrial layout,cultivating leading enterprises,building high-quality Chinese herbal medicine procurement and supply channels,improving production efficiency,upgrading product quality,promoting the development of concoction technology inheritance and innovation,strengthening brand building,enhancing marketing capacity,and improving enterprise management system;meanwhile,this study focuses on the four critical factors of organization,capital,talents and technology,and proposes guarantee measures to promote the high-quality development of the industry.This study can provide ideas for the high-quality development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Gansu,and also provide theoretical references for the relevant government departments to formulate relevant industrial development policies and plans,and at the same time,provide a reference for the research on the high-quality development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry in other provinces.
