Research On The Basic Experience Of The CPC In Responding To Public Health Emergencies Since The 18th National Congress

The health of the people is a necessary requirement to promote the all-round development of the people,and also an important symbol of the national prosperity and strength.Public health events directly affect life,health and social security,greatly reducing people’s sense of gain,happiness and security,and at the same time forming resistance in the process of promoting the construction of a higher level of "Healthy China" and "a safe and secure China".By sorting out,analyzing and summarizing the basic experience of the CPC in responding to public health emergencies since the 18 th CPC National Congress,it is conducive to reasonably responding to the current and future public health risks and challenges,improving the ability and professional level of responding to public health events in the new era,and accelerating the healthy development of health undertakings and coordinating national development and security.This thesis consists of five parts: the first part,introduction.This part mainly analyzes the background and research significance of the topic,defines related concepts,sorts out domestic and foreign research on public health events,and clarifies the research status and key difficulties of public health emergencies.The second part is the theoretical basis of CPC’s response to public health emergencies since the 18 th CPC National Congress.This part elaborates the theoretical basis of the Marxist classic writers and the leaders of the Communist Party of China to deal with the health events,and becomes the main theoretical source of the health work in the new era.The third part is the important achievements of the CPC in dealing with public health emergencies since the 18 th CPC National Congress.This paper mainly discusses China’s practices and major measures in the era of COVID-19 from the perspectives of "macro" and "micro".The fourth part is the basic experience of the CPC in dealing with public health emergencies since the 18 th CPC National Congress.These include strengthening the overall unified leadership of the CPC,upholding the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,enhancing the superiority of the governance system and capacity,and jointly building a community of health for mankind.The fifth part is the conclusion.Grasp the main idea of the thesis and look forward to the future public health cause.
