Clinical Study Of Jingling Oral Liquid Combined With Methylphenidate Hydrochloride In The Treatment Of Hyperactivity In Children

Objective:To explore the related factors of children with adhd etiology and clinical treatment,observation of hydrochloric acid ritalin zyban joint static ling oral liquid in the treatment of children with adhd.Methods:We selected 80 children aged from 6 to 12 years who were treated in the outpatient department of the Department of Psychology of the Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from October 2021 to February 2022,who were treated in the outpatient department of the Department of Psychology of our hospital due to learning difficulties,inattention,hyperactivity,and irritability,and who met the diagnostic criteria of ADHD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(the fifth edition)(DSM-5)published by the American Psychiatric Association,and excluded 80 children with organic diseases as the study object,They were randomly divided into single drug group and combined drug group,with 40 cases in each group.The children in the single drug group were treated with sustained-release tablets of methylphenidate hydrochloride,and the children in the combined drug group were treated Jingling oral liquid and with sustained-release tablets of methylphenidate hydrochloride.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The main symptom score,curative effect and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of general data between the single drug group and the combined drug group,the mean age of onset in both groups was 8 years old,but the prevalence of male children is significantly higher than that of female children,the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05).2.Comparison of general information of the main guardians of children in the single drug group and the combined drug group showed that the main guardians of children in the two groups had different educational levels,personality characteristics and different coping styles when facing children’s mistakes,and there was no statistical significance by the rank sum test(P>0.05).3.Before treatment,symptom scores of conduct,behavior,learning problems,psychosomatic disorders,impulsive-hyperactivity,anxiety,and hyperactivity index were compared between the single drug group and the combined drug group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between groups showed that symptom scores of conduct,behavior,learning problems,psychosomatic disorders,impulsive-hyperactivity,anxiety and hyperactivity index in the combined drug group were lower than those in the single drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The significant efficiency of the combined drug group was higher than that of the single drug group,the effective rate was basically the same as that of the single drug group,the inefficiency was lower than that of single drug group.Therefore,the total effective rate of the combined drug group was higher than that of the single drug group。The effect of combined drug group was higher than that of single drug group by χ~2 test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.There were fewer adverse reactions in the combination group than in the single drug group.Conclusion:In children with ADHD,Jingling oral liquid combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained release tablets can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with significant efficacy and less adverse reactions.
