Research On The Thought And Practice Of Chinese Communist Party To Safeguard People’s Health

Since its birth,the Communist Party of China has taken the protection of people’s health as its own responsibility,and the development of the CPC’s thinking and practice to ensure people’s health has undergone a long-term accumulation process,but it has always been based on the goals and historical tasks of various periods,constantly adapted to the historical needs of the country and social development for people’s health,and closely linked the people’s health cause with national independence,social development,national prosperity and strength,and people’s happiness.The Communist Party of China insists on viewing the historical role of people’s health from the perspective of development,constantly explores the Sinicization of the Marxist concept of people’s health,closely integrates it with the times,situation,requirements and new issues,and builds on the "root" of the great practice of the Communist Party of China in safeguarding people’s health over the past century.At present,the people’s sense of security,acquisition and happiness are inseparable from health,and it is urgent to promote the high-quality development of China’s health and health undertakings.This article is divided into five parts: the first part expounds the original mission of the Communist Party of China to ensure people’s health.Understanding and grasping the intrinsic meaning of the CPC’s original mission of ensuring people’s health based on the triple dimension of people,nation and world is a new interpretation of healthy people’s livelihood and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation under the new historical pattern,and also a reorientation of the people’s well-being and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The second part comprehensively discusses the CPC’s thinking on ensuring people’s health.From the four aspects of theoretical traceability,development context,core connotation and basic characteristics,this paper will conduct in-depth exploration of the CPC’s thinking on ensuring people’s health.The third part reviews the CPC’s practice of ensuring people’s health.This paper discusses a series of mobilization and practical measures carried out by the Communist Party around people’s health in different historical stages,during which it experienced the initial start-up and foundation development of the revolutionary period,the exploration of reform and opening up and the strides of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The fourth part summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the Communist Party of China in ensuring people’s health.The main experience enlightenment includes the party’s leadership over the people’s health cause,launching a mass patriotic health campaign,adhering to the public welfare of basic medical and health undertakings,and international exchanges and cooperation in health care.Reviewing the 100-year history and summarizing the historical development of the CPC’s thinking and practice of ensuring people’s health is of great significance and practical value for promoting the in-depth development of people’s health thinking and practice in the new era and accelerating the process of building a healthy China,so that the people’s sense of gain and happiness in the field of health is deeper and more powerful,and meet the people’s expectations for a better and healthy life.
