Objective: To explore the related factors of spontaneous circulation recovery in patients with cardiac arrest in hospital. Methods:The case data of IHCA patients in a large third-class first-class teaching hospi tal in Anhui Province from November 2019 to November 2020 were retrospectively ana lyzed.According to whether the patients resumed spontaneous circulation, they were di vided into ROSC group and ineffective resuscitation group. The factors influencing the ROSC of IHCA patients were analyzed by single factor analysis, and then the influentia l factors of single factor analysis were taken as independent variables, and the patients’ s pontaneous circulation recovery was taken as dependent variables, and binary unconditi onal Logistic regression analysis was conducted. Results: A total of 423 patients with IHCA were eligible, and the ROSC rate was 25.8%(109/423).The results of univariate analysis showed that compared with the ineffect ive resuscitation group, the long-term residence(town/country),the season of cardiac ar rest, the ECG manifestations of early repolarization syndrome, the history of severe trau ma,the history of malignant tumor, the first-visit department in the hospital, the depart ment where cardiac arrest occurred in the hospital, the first detection of heart rhythm,w hether to stay in ICU during the course of the disease, whether to perform tracheal intub ation during cardiopulmonary resuscitation, whether to defibrillation, the duration of car diopulmonary resuscitation, and whether to use epinephrine. The results of binary Logis tic regression analysis showed whether the patient was admitted to ICU(OR = 0.061,95% CI: 1.0.023-0.160,P = 0.000)and whether the airway was opened(OR=0.308,95%CI:0.131-0.720,P=0.007)and total dose of adrenaline(OR=0.189,95%CI:0.089-0.405,P=0.000)were statistically significant P<0.05),which were the independent influencing factors of ROSC in patients with IHCA.Conclusion:Many factors, such as the patient’s long-term residence, affect the recovery of spontaneous circulation of hospitalized patients after cardiac arrest, but whether they are admitted to ICU,the airway protection measures before cardiac arrest, the duration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the total dose of adrenaline are independent influe ncing factors for the recovery of spontaneous circulation of hospitalized patients with ca rdiac arrest.
