Objective To investigate the application value of different doses of Remimazolam in induction of general anesthesia in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 66 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgical intervention in our hospital were included from January 2022 to June 2022.According to the dosage of Remimazolam,33 patients in the control group(0.2mg/kg)and 33 patients in the intervention group(0.3mg/kg),the application value of different doses of Remimazolam in induction of general anesthesia was analyzed. Results Compared with 3h after surgery, the score of Observer Assessment Of Sedation(OAAS)at 6h,24 h and 48 h after surgery was significantly increased, and the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical difference(p<0.05).Compared with 3h after surgery, the score of Minimum Mental State Examination(MMSE)at 6h,24 h and 48 h after surgery was significantly decreased, and the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group. There was statistical difference in data comparison(p<0.05).The study confirmed that the adverse reactions induced by general anesthesia with 0.3mg/kg Remimazolam in the intervention group were lower(P <0.05).In the intervention group, the depth of sedation was lower when 0.3mg/kg general anesthesia was used(P <0.05);There were significant differences in recovery quality and medication in the intervention group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).In the analysis of hemodynamic indexes,MAP,HR,BIS,CT,SVI and other related indexes in the intervention group showed little fluctuation, although the difference was not significant compared with the control group,it was still confirmed that the use of Remimazolam at this concentration had a slight effect on the hemodynamic indexes(P > 0.05).After operation, the stress response degree of both groups increased, and the levels of cortisol, blood glucose,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;The agitation scores(2.67±0.29,1.39±0.29,1.67±0.51)in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group at all time periods(T1,T2 and T3),and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion n the induction of hysteroscopic surgery under general anesthesia, there are certain differences in the effect of general anesthesia induction with different doses of Remimazolam.Research data have confirmed that the best effect of general anesthesia induction with 0.3mg/kg concentration is Remimazolam, which can better reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions at the anesthesia induction stage, improve patients’ cognitive impairment, reduce the risk of agitation during the recovery period, and improve the effect of anesthesia intervention.
