| Objectives:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different doses of remimazolam on bispectral index(BIS)and hemodynamic indexes of elderly patients,so as to provide theoretical basis for the better clinical application of remimazolam.Patients and Methods:Seventy-five elderly patients(60-75 years old)undergoing selective general anesthesia with ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Remimazolam 0.2mg/kg,0.3mg/kg and 0.4mg/kg were injected intravenously during anesthesia induction in the three groups.when BIS<60,cisatracurium 0.2 mg/kg and fentanyl 4μg/kg were injected intravenously. After the intubation conditions were met,the endotracheal intubation was performed. The time from induction to BIS<60,BIS before endotracheal intubation, were monitored and recorded.Heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),cardiac index(CI)and stroke volume variation(SVI)at the beginning of induction(TO),BIS≤60(T1)and after tracheal intubation(T2)were monitored and recorded.Record the related remedial treatments and the occurrence of adverse events.SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results:In this study, when different doses of remimazolam were used to elderly patients during general anesthesia induction, the time to achieve the required degree of anesthesia sedation(BIS<60)in group C was shorter than that in group Aand B(p<0.05),but the incidence of adverse reactions was higher. There was no significant difference in the degree of anesthesia sedation among the three groups after general anesthesia intubation(p>0.05).In group A,the proportion of additional drugs during induction was higher, and there was no significant difference in hemodynamics among the three groups during general anesthesia induction(p>0.05).Conclusions:During the induction of general anesthesia in elderly patients, the induction rate of remimazolam 0.3mg/kg was faster, the safety was higher, the adverse reactions were less, and the effect on hemodynamics was small. |
