Objective To study the effects of aerobic hemodialysis during 12 weeks on cognitive function, excessive daytime sleepiness, and non-HDL cholesterol in patients with maintenancehemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 120 MHD patients were randomly selected from Chaohu Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University for a 6-minute walking test, and 37 patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency were excluded.Of the remaining 83 patients,68 volunteered to participate in the study, which was divided into an experimental group and a control group of 34 patients. The control group only received conventional MHD treatment,3 times a week, while the experimental group received aerobic exercise with each hemodialysis.Since the upper limb movement of the patient was limited during MHD treatment,we adopted Jogyn step trainer to make the patient perform lower limb exercise, that is,the step trainer was fixed at the end of the treatment bed,and the patient performed lower limb exercise while undergoing MHD treatment.Due to the different age and gender of patients with different physical conditions,we began the study to let 68 research objects in different resistance values to experience this step training machine, finally the resistance value of the training machine unified adjustment to 7,the resistance value for each patient can withstand the moderate intensity, the intensity of the exercise patients have a slight sense of fatigue,However,in case of palpitation, chest tightness, wheezing, dyspnea and other symptoms, the exercise should be stopped immediately. After 12 weeks of exercise, general clinical data,Montreal Cognitive Scale score,Epworth Sleepiness Scale score,non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and other laboratory indicators before and after exercise were collected and compared, and SPSS25 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results(1)During the study,9 patients withdrew from the study, and 59 patients finally completed the study.Including experimental group 29 and control group 30.There was no significant difference in gender, age, dialysis age, primary disease and other general clinical data between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise, the experimental group Montreal cognitive scale(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,Mo CA)score higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise, there was no significant difference in Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise, the experimental group of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-high-densitylipoproteincholesterol,non-HDL-C)level is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise, the prealbumin level of the experimental group was increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the albumin and hemoglobin levels of the experimental group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions 1.12 weeks of aerobic exercise improves cognitive function in patients with MHD.2.12 weeks of aerobic exercise reduced non-HDL-c in patients with MHD.3.12 weeks of aerobic exercise improves prealbumin levels in patients with MHD.4.12 weeks of aerobic exercise had no definite effect on the hemoglobin and albumin levels of MHD patients.5.12 weeks of aerobic exercise had no clear effect on daytime sleepiness in MHD patients.6.Aerobic exercise during dialysis should be widely carried out in MHD patients. |
