Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Blood-Heat Syndrome Palmoplantar Pustulosis With Yinzhi Liangblood Tang Combined With Fire Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yinzhi Liangblood Tang combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of blood-heat palmoplantar pustulosis.Methods:The clinical trial was conducted from December 2021 to November 2022,and the study subjects were obtained from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Dermatology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.Seventy-two patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group and the actual number of effective observation cases in each of the two groups was 35.The treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine soup Yinzhi Liangblood Tang combined with fire acupuncture,while the control group was given oral western medicine Acitretin Capsules.The treatment period was 8 weeks,and the efficacy of the drug was determined before and after treatment by referring to the erythema,scaling,pustules,lesion area and itching of the palmoplantar.Adverse reactions were also statistically analysed in both groups during the treatment period.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results:1.Comparing the general data(age,gender,duration of disease,nail damage,distribution of lesions)of the patients in the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(all p>0.05).2.Overall efficacy analysis: after 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 85.71% and that of patients in the control group was71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.After treatment,the pruritus of both groups improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the lesion area and severity index scores decreased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),with the treatment group outperforming the control group.5.After treatment,the PPPASI scores of both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The combination of Yinzhi Liangblood Tang and fire acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the erythema,pustules,itching,scaling and lesion area of blood-heat palmoplantar pustulosis,and improve the quality of life of patients,and the efficacy is better than that of Acitretin Capsules.2.The combination of Yinzhi Liangblood Tang and fire acupuncture in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis(blood-heat syndrome)has obvious advantages in Chinese medicine,with outstanding efficacy and safe treatment,and is suitable for further study and application in clinical practice.
