Clinical Efficacy Of External Application Of Golden Gardenia Cream In The Treatment Of Acute Traumatic Synovitis Of Knee Joint

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of golden gardenia cream in the treatment of acute knee traumatic synovitis,and to provide a safer and more effective treatment method for guiding clinical treatment of acute knee traumatic synovitis.METHODS: The selected 60 patients were all patients who visited the orthopedic outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 and met the inclusion criteria.The treatment group(30 cases)was treated with golden gardenia cream;the control group(30 cases)was treated with futalin by random number method.One case was shed in each of the two groups during the treatment,and finally 29 cases in each of the treatment group and the control group.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the VAS score,joint mobility,knee circumference,C-reactive protein,WOMAC score and TCM evidence score before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1.Patients in both groups showed improvement in joint mobility,knee circumference,C-reactive protein,WOMAC score and Chinese medicine symptom score before and after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between groups was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).2.VAS scores improved in both groups before and after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).3.Clinical efficacy analysis: the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 89.66%.The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 75.86%.Conclusion:1.Golden gardenia cream and futalin have significant efficacy for improving the symptoms related to acute knee joint traumatic synovitis.2.Golden gardenia cream has no significant advantage compared with fotarine in improving pain.In the aspect of reducing swelling and restoring physiological function of knee joint,the efficacy of golden gardenia cream is better than that of fotalin.3.External application of golden gardenia cream is a method with high safety and exact efficacy in treating acute knee joint traumatic synovitis,which has certain advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
