Study On The Regularity Of Professor Qu Xiufen In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility

Objective:Based on the prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine used by Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of PCOS infertility,we used statistical software to analyze and sort out relevant data,summarized the medication rules of Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of this disease,and provided ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:This study collected October 2020 from October 2020 to February2023.Professor Qu Xiufen took traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the outpatient service to treat PCOS infertility patients.Use the Excel data sheet to input the prescription data and establish the original database.Use Excel and SPSS26.0 software for data analysis and mining.Result:1.This study counted the age of 166 patients included,of which patients aged 30-34 accounted for the highest,followed by 25-29 years old and 35-39 years old.2.According to the statistics of 166 cases according to the TCM syndrome type,the highest proportion was kidney deficiency type,followed by spleen deficiency,phlegm and dampness type,kidney deficiency and liver depression type,and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.3.This study included 166 prescriptions,including a total of 127 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 2460 uses.Among them,the frequency of use of single flavor Chinese medicine was the highest113 times,and the lowest was 1 time.4.The top 15 traditional Chinese medicines were dodder,sinensis,Eucommia ulmoides,Chinese yam,Salvia miltiorrhiza,tylo,white peony root,barbary wolfberry,mulberry parasitic,Atractylodes chinensis,chuanxiong,pinellia pinellia,incense,Epimedium,and officinalis officinalis.5.According to the four gas statistics,the top three drugs are warm,flat and cold.6.According to the five-flavor statistics,it is concluded that the top three medicines are sweet,spicy and bitter.7.According to the statistics,the top three classics are liver,kidney and spleen.8.After statistics according to the efficacy of drugs,the top five drug efficacy are deficiency medicine,blood circulation and stasis removal medicine,qi medicine,astringent medicine,water and moisture infiltration drug.9.According to the association rule analysis and cluster analysis,the commonly used drug pairs were "balsam,epimedium","yam,dogwood","fragrant and angelica","dodder,intermittent";The commonly used drug combinations are "chaihu,goji berry,dodder seed,continuous break","banxia,tangerine peel,cangshu","angelica,Chuanxiong,danshen".Conclusion:1.The most commonly used drugs used by Professor Qu Xiufen to treat PCOS infertility are dodder seed,balsam,eucommia,yam,danshen,cooked ground yellow,white peony,wolfberry,mulberry parasitism,baiju,chuanxiong,raspberry,fragrant herb,epimedium,dogwood.2.The main pathogenesis of PCOS infertility is kidney deficiency,liver depression and spleen deficiency,kidney,liver and spleen dysfunction,endogenous sputum dampness,blood stasis,sputum and stasis intertwined.3.Taking kidney tonification as the main treatment method,at the same time regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy,and thinning the liver and spleen,replenishing deficiency and diarrhea,drying and humidifying phlegm in the kidney tonic to achieve the effect of regulating menstruation and helping pregnancy.
