Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Perimenopausal Depression(Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type) With Ghost Point And Ren Mai Point

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ghost point combined with Ren Mai point in the treatment of perimenopausal depression(kidney deficiency and liver depression),analyze its therapeutic mechanism and advantages,in order to enrich the clinical methods of acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal depression.Methods: 64 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.Treatment group selected points: Shuigou,Daling,Cheng Jiang,Shenmai,Quchi,Jiache,Danzhong,Jiuwei,Qi Hai,Guanyuan;Control group selected points: Yintang,Baihui,Shuigou,Taichong,Shenmen,Neiguan,Ganshu,Shenshu.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,with 5 days of acupuncture and 2 day of rest per week.Seventeen scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),domestic modified Kupperman scale,TCM Syndrome Score Scale and serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups.IBM SPSS 25.0software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and the efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of perimenopausal depression was evaluated.Results:1.Intra-group comparison before and after treatment: HAMD total score,Kupperman total score,TCM syndrome total score and serum FSH level of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: The total score of HAMD,Kupperman,TCM syndrome and serum FSH level in the treatment group decreased better than that in the control group after treatment,and the results were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy of HAMD: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.62%,of which 4 cases were cured,17 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 83.87%,among which 1 case was cured,8 cases were effective,17 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective,with significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture at ghost point combined with Renmai point had higher curative effect.4.Comparison of TCM clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,including 4 cases of recovery,18 cases of obvious effect,6 cases of effective,4 cases of ineffective;The total effective rate of the control group was 80.64%,including 2 cases,7 cases,16 cases,and 5 cases,with statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture at ghost point combined with Renmai point had higher curative effect.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at ghost point combined with Renmai point and conventional acupuncture have curative effect on improving depression symptoms and related symptoms of perimenopause in perimenopause women.2.The total effective rate of acupuncture at ghost point combined with Renmai point is higher than that of conventional acupuncture,and it is more obvious in the reduction of HAMD score and serum FSH value,and has more exact effect on improving patients’ depressive symptoms.Acupuncture at ghost point combined with Renmai point has more advantages in the treatment of perimenopausal depression with kidney deficiency and liver depression,and has more significant effect.3.During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the patients,indicating that acupuncture at ghost point combined with Ren Mai point is safe and effective in the treatment of this disease,and suitable for clinical application.
