Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Xiangzhu Qiwei Shenque Patch on patients with gastrointestinal side reactions after chemotherapy for spleen deficiency lung cancer and the effect on gastrin levels, the clinical value of Xiangzhu Qiwei Shenque Patch in the treatment of gastrointestinal side effects after chemotherapy for spleen deficiency lung cancer was discussed,in anticipation of providing a new option for the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal side effects after chemotherapy for lung cancer through traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy. Methods:The study population was obtained from 62 patients who visited the First Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022,diagnosed with lung cancer by pathology and imaging, with Chinese medicine evidence of spleen deficiency and gastrointestinal side effects after chemotherapy, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Both groups underwent conventional treatment with Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with the addition of traditional Chinese medicine Shenque acupoint patch. The SPSS25.0 system software was used to analyze the data, compare the changes of gastrointestinal symptoms,TCM symptom scores, quality of life scores and serum gastrin levels in the two groups before and after treatment, and comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiangzhu Qiwei Shenque Patch in the treatment of gastrointestinal side effects after chemotherapy for spleen deficiency lung cancer.Results:1.After treatment, the WHO grade of gastrointestinal toxicity and side reaction symptoms of the two groups was improved, and the number of cases of nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and constipation in the Shenque acupoint patch group was less and less severe than that in the control group, and after statistical analysis, there were significant differences in nausea and vomiting grade, diarrhea grade and constipation grade between the two groups, and the efficacy of Shenque acupoint patch group was better than that of the control group.2.The score of medical symptoms in the two groups:the total effective rate of the Shenque acupoint patch group was 78.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,and the comparative difference between the groups was statistically significant, and the efficacy of the Shenque acupoint patch group was better than that of the control group.3.Compared with the serum gastrin levels of the two groups, the serum gastrin levels in the Shenque acupoint patch group and the control group showed different degrees of improvement compared with before treatment, and the difference in serum gastrin levels before and after treatment in the Shenque acupoint patch group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Xiangzhu Qiwei Shenque Patch combined with Western medicine has a significant effect on gastrointestinal side reactions after chemotherapy for spleen deficiency lung cancer, and can effectively relieve nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and constipation.2.The combination of Xiangzhu Qiwei Shenque Patch combined with Western medicine can improve the gastrin level of patients with gastrointestinal side reactions after chemotherapy for spleen-deficient lung cancer, enhance the comprehensive clinical effect, and improve the quality of life of patients. In the course of this study,no adverse reactions were found in the Xiangzhu Qiwei Shenque Patch.
