Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating gastrointestinal adverse reactions after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer,and to provide ideas for clinical treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Materials and Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine+conventional chemotherapy)and control group(simple chemotherapy),with 30 patients in each group.During chemotherapy,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine: fried atractylodes macrocephala 20 g,atractylodes macrocephala 15 g,poria cocos20 g,codonopsis pilosula 20 g,astragalus 40 g,tangerine peel 15 g,alisma 20 g,cortex paeoniae10 g,rhizoma coptidis 15 g,rhizoma phellodendri 15 g,herba septicae 20 g,herba catharticulae10 g,dannamomi 15 g,hedyotis diffusa 20 g,scutellaria barbata 15 g,gynostemma 20 g,herba coptidis 15 g.Method of administration: decoct 300 ml from the top,take 150 ml each time,take it twice at noon and evening,and perform acupuncture treatment five times a week.Acupoint selection: Zhongwan Tianshu(both sides)Zusanli(both sides)Yanglingquan(both sides)Taichong(both sides)Gongsun(both sides)Liefeng(both sides)Hegu(both sides),keep the needle for 30 minutes each time.Both the treatment group and the control group were given conventional chemotherapy.Both groups took 2 weeks as a cycle and observed 2 cycles in total.Observe the changes of body weight,TCM syndrome score and Karnault functional state score before and after treatment in the two groups,and analyze the data with SSPS19.0.Results: After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.001).The decrease of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,in the control group,the symptom scores of abdominal fullness,lack of appetite,fatigue,shortness of breath,nausea and vomiting,sallow complexion,loose stools,and limb fatigue all increased.Compared with before treatment,P<0.05,the treatment In the group,the symptom scores of abdominal fullness,lack of appetite,lassitude,shortness of breath,nausea and vomiting,sallow complexion,and loose stools increased.Compared with before treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant change in the ratio,P>0.05,and the degree of increase in the symptoms of abdominal fullness,lack of appetite,fatigue,shortness of breath,nausea and vomiting,loose stools,and limb fatigue in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The increase of chlorosis syndrome score was similar between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the KSP scores of the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.001),and the decrease of KSP scores in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).0.05);after treatment,the average body weight of the control group and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.001),and the degree of weight loss in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy,and improve clinical symptoms such as abdominal fullness,poor appetite,fatigue,shortness of breath,lazy speech,nausea and vomiting,loose stools,and heavy limbs.But the improvement of sallow complexion is not obvious;2.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with intestinal cancer after chemotherapy;3.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is better than chemotherapy alone in reducing weight loss. |
