Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave combined with compound Nanxing acesodyne plaster in the treatment of acute frozen shoulder,the efficacy and safety of this therapy were evaluated.Methods:From November 2021 to November 2022,60 patients with acute frozen shoulder who were admitted to the Second Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and met the criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave combined with compound Nanxing acesodyne plaster,extracorporeal shock wave 1 / 4 days,20 days 1course of treatment,a total of 5 times of treatment.The control group was treated with photon therapy instrument combined with compound Nanxing acesodyne plaster,photon therapy instrument 1 / 2 days,20 days 1 course of treatment,a total of 10 times of treatment.Both groups were treated with compound Nanxing acesodyne plaster,once every other day,20 days as a course of treatment,a total of 10 times.Before treatment and 1 week after the last treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS),shoulder function score and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded and statistically analyzed.Result:1.There was no significant difference in the distribution of general data(gender,age,course of disease,affected shoulder)between the two groups(P >0.05).2.There were no adverse reactions such as dizziness,palpitation,skin allergy,swelling and subcutaneous hemorrhage in the two groups during the treatment.3.Visual analogue scale(VAS): The treatment schemes of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of pain in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Shoulder function score: The treatment plan of the two groups was improved,and the shoulder function score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group one week after the last treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Clinical efficacy: After 1 week of the last treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 70%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 53%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with compound Nanxing acesodyne plaster and photon therapeutic instrument combined with compound Nanxing acesodyne plaster have certain therapeutic effects in the treatment of acute frozen shoulder,but the former has better curative effect,and has significant advantages in relieving shoulder pain and improving shoulder joint function.It is an efficient and safe treatment plan.
