Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Mulligan dynamic joint loosening combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, evaluate the effectiveness and superiority of Mulligan dynamic joint loosening in the treatment of this disease, and provide a more economical and effective method for the treatment of frozen shoulder(adhesion period).method: Sixty patients were selected from the Second Department of Orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using the randomization group method, they were divided into 2 groups: each in the observation group and 30 cases in the treatment group. The observation group adopted the method of Mulligan dynamic joint loosening combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, and the control group used extracorporeal shock wave therapy to observe the 15 days before treatment,30 days of pain, and explore the clinical effect of Mulligan dynamic joint loosening combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy.Result:1.VAS score: the VAS score of both groups was statistically significant between 15 days and 30 days of treatment(P <0.01),demonstrating that shoulder pain could be relieved in both groups.Comparcomparison between the two groups(P <0.01),which proved that the improvement of shoulder pain symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group.2.Constant Shoulder function score: patients in both groups.Constant Shoulder function score for 15 days of treatment and 30 days of treatment(P <0.01),proving that both methods can improve shoulder joint function and improve the quality of life of patients.Comparing the shoulder function scores for 15 days and 30 days of treatment, the data were not statistically significant, proving that the observation group improved the shoulder function better than the control group.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The data showed that the overall effective rate of the observation group was 96.6%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.6%.The comparison between the two was very significant(P <0.01),indicating that the overall effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Mulligan Dynamic joint loosening combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy and extracorporeal shock wave therapy alone have good clinical treatment efficacy. Both groups of treatment can relieve the symptoms of knee pain and improve the function of patients’ shoulder joint.2.Mulligan Dynamic joint loosening combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy can be more obvious in relieving pain and improving shoulder function, and can mobilize patients’ subjective initiative of patients, and facilitate clinical promotion and use. |
