Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture In The Acute Phase Of Peripheral Facial Palsy (Within The Stem And Mammary Hole) Of Acupuncture Papillae

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of the four acupuncture points of electroacupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial palsy(above the stem and mammary hole),this paper provides new ideas and new methods for the clinical treatment of peripheral facial palsy in the acute stage.Methods:Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomized using SPSS24.0 software into treatment and control groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group selected Yangbai,Sibai,Quanliao,Jiache,Dicang,Yifeng,Qianzheng,Taiyang,and Hegu,and the treatment group combined with the four new acupoints-mastoid acupoints created by Professor Gao Weibin on the basis of the control group,and after acupuncture,electricity was applied,dense waves were used,and the amount of current was tolerated by patients.Both groups of patients were treated once a day,30 minutes each time,6 times as a course of treatment,6 days of treatment and 1 day of rest,a total of 4 weeks of treatment,a total of 28 days.Before treatment,14 days of treatment and 28 days of treatment,H-B facial nerve function grading,FDI score and electrophysiological examination were used to evaluate the efficacy of patients.Results:1.Before treatment,the baseline data such as gender,age,disease course,H-B facial nerve function grade,FDI score,and electrophysiological examination of the two groups were comparable,and all were comparable(p>0.05)2.Comparison between groups before and after treatment: H-B facial nerve function grade,FDI score and electrophysiological examination were statistically significant before and after treatment(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment regimen of electroacupuncture mastoid combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture alone could improve the symptoms of patients with peripheral facial palsy(above the stem and mammary hole)in the acute stage.3.Overall efficacy evaluation: The clinical efficacy analysis and comparison of the two groups showed that the total effective rate of the electroacupuncture mastoid four-point combined with conventional acupuncture group was 88.24%,the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group alone was 79.41%,and the efficacy of the electroacupuncture mastoid four-point combined with conventional acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the conventional acupuncture group,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.The four points of electroacupuncture mastoid combined with conventional acupuncture group and simple conventional acupuncture group have a curative effect on the treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis(above the stem and mammary hole)in the acute stage,and the efficacy of the four acupuncture groups combined with conventional acupuncture is better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.2.The four acupuncture points of the electroacupuncture mastoid combined with the conventional acupuncture group can improve the facial nerve function of patients with peripheral facial paralysis(above the stem and mammary hole)in the acute stage,adjust the latent period and amplitude conduction velocity of facial nerve motor conduction,and are better than the conventional acupuncture group.
