Study On Acupoint Selection Regularity Of Acupuncture Treatment For Primary Depression Based On Data Mining

Objective:Through the browser in the literature library query on acupuncture treatment of primary depression in the effective journal articles and degree papers,sort out the literature of meridians and acupoints selection rules and prescription compatibility rules,and the data mining and induction summary,on this basis,further clarify the advantages of acupuncture treatment in the treatment of primary depression,to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Specific search strategies were established for the clinical research articles on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary depression that were published in China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP Network),Chinese Academic Journal Database(wanfang data)and Pub Med Database until December 31,2022.Literature screening was conducted in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The effective information included in the literature was normalized and extracted into Microsoft Excel statistical software,and a research literature database on acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary depression and an acupoint prescription database were established.The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 23.The methods of frequency analysis,association rule analysis,clustering analysis and factor analysis were adopted.The co-occurrence network was visually upgraded using Cytoscape3.9.0 software,and the rule of acupoint prescription selection for the treatment of primary depression by acupuncture was found.Results:1.There are 185 articles that meet the inclusion criteria concerning the treatment of primary depression by acupuncture and moxibustion,among which 11 therapies were involved in the measures of treatment intervention group,and acupuncture combined with other traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapies showed the most frequent occurrence,with the frequency of about 34.1%.2.There were 104 articles that clarified the syndrome differentiation and treated the acupuncture prescriptions according to the classification,and the most frequently-occurring classification was liver-qi stagnation type,with the frequency of about 27.8%.3.All the literature covered a total of 296 acupoint prescriptions,and174 acupoints appeared in total,including 155 individual acupoints and 19 auricular points.The total use frequency of acupoints was 2546 times in total,including 2298 times for body acupoints and 248 times for auricular points.Baihui(GV20)had the highest frequency of 225 times,accounting for 9.8%of the total frequency of body acupoints.Taichong(LR3)came second with168 occurrences(7.3%).Yintang appeared 141 times,the frequency was 6.1%.The most frequently used auricular points were Shenmen(HT7),for a total of37 times,accounting for 14.9% of the total auricular point use frequency.Auricular point heart therapy was used 35 times in total,with the frequency of 14.1%.The third most frequent acupoint was under the cortex of auricular points,with a frequency of 31 times and about 12.5%.4.In the statistics of meridian tropism of acupoints,the most frequently appeared meridian was the governor vessel,with the frequency of 18.1% and the number of acupoints used being 16;The meridian with the most acupoints was the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,with a total of 21,accounting for13.5% of the total body acupoints.5.The main distribution area of acupoints in human body in all the literature was head and neck,with a frequency of 737 times and the number of acupoints used as 44;The lower limb was next.The frequency of acupoint application was 556 and the number of acupoints selected was 36.The most widely distributed auricular points were in the concha auriculae,with 118 acupoint selection times and eight acupoint selection numbers.Five acupoints were selected in the tragus area,and the frequency of acupoint application was accumulated 60 times.The only acupoints in the trigone fossa area were auricular points(Shenmen(HT7)),with a frequency of 37 times.6.The total use frequency of specific acupoints was 1284 times,and the five acupoints with the highest frequency was 581 times,of which the use frequency of acupoint input was as high as 355 times.The original acupoints were next in number,with 429 acupoint-use times,of which Taichong(LR3)was used for 168 times.Back-shu(BL23)was used for the third time,with250 times,and Central-shu(BL23)had the highest cumulative use frequency,with 65 times.7.The association rule analysis data indicated that the acupoint combination with the highest percentage of support was Taichong(LR3)–Baihui(GV20),and the percentage of support was 56.757%;The acupoint combination with the highest percentage of confidence was Sanyinjiao(SP6)–Yintang(GB39)–Baihui(GB20),and the percentage of confidence was about 98.551%.8.The results of clustering analysis showed that there were five kinds of effective clustering.The first kind was auricular point heart,auricular point subcortical,auricular point Shenmen;The second type–Shenshu(BL23),Ganshu(BL18),Pishu(BL20),and Xinshu(BL17).The third type-Shenting,Dazhui,Fengchi;The fourth class-period,ditch;The fifth type–Fenglong,Zhongwan,Tanzhong,Hegu,Taichong,Zusanli,Shenmen,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Sishencong,Yintang and Baihui.9.The results of factor analysis showed that Shenmen(HT7),Xinhe(HT7)and subcortical area of auricular points had the highest contribution rate,followed by Beishu(BL23),the five Zang-viscera(BL23).Conclusion:1.There are many acupuncture treatments for primary depression,and acupuncture is often combined with other traditional Chinese and western medicine treatments.2.The onset of primary depression is closely related to the dysfunction of zang-fu organs,mainly the liver.Therefore,in the selection of acupoints,attention should be paid to the balance of qi and blood,yin and yang of zang-fu,represented by the five zang-fu shu(Xinshu,Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu and Feishu)on the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang.3.In the process of acupuncture treatment for patients with primary depression,attention is paid to the conditioning of Du meridian,and most of them are selected from the head,represented by Shenmen,Baihui and Yintang.4.The results of data mining show that special points such as Wushu,Yuanxue and Beishu play an important role in acupuncture treatment of primary depression,represented by Yitaichong,Shenmen and Xinshu.5.In the compatibility of acupoints,follow the principles of upper and lower acupoints,front and back acupoints and local acupoints,so as to treat according to syndrome differentiation and select acupoints according to the symptoms.
