Research On The Prescription Law Of Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer Acupoints Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Through the mining of modern domestic and foreign literature data,the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of peptic ulcer is discussed,and its treatment methods,acupoint selection rules and core acupuncture groups are dialectically discussed,so as to provide reference for the research of acupuncture in the treatment of this disease and serve the clinic.Methods:1.Data collection: search the eight databases of China Journals Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Academic Journals Full-text Database(WF),China Biomedical Literature Database(Sino Med),Weipu Journal Resource Integration Service Platform(VIP),Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library,and collect all clinical literature on acupuncture treatment of peptic ulcer as of December 31,2022.Microsoft Excel 2021 was selected for frequency analysis;Use IBM SPSS Modeler 18.4 for association rule analysis;IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 for clustering and factor analysis;and Gephi 0.9.5 for complex network presentation.Results:1.In the database of acupuncture for the treatment of peptic ulcer,a total of 179 articles were included,involving 190 prescriptions and 74 acupuncture points.2.The methods of acupuncture for the treatment of peptic ulcer mainly include acupuncture +traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture + western medicine,warm acupuncture +traditional Chinese medicine,etc.;According to the differentiation and classification of Chinese medicine,the symptoms of liver and stomach deficiency,liver and stomach discord,liver qi depression,and liver and stomach depression were the main symptoms;The acupoints with higher frequency of use were Zhongxuan,Zusanli,Gastric Yu,Spleen Yu,Neiguan,and Tianshu;The use of specific acupoints is more frequent than that of recruitment acupoints,intersection acupoints,eight meeting points,and lower combination acupoints;The meridians with high frequency of use include Ren Pulse,Foot Solar Bladder Meridian,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,etc.;3.Association rule analysis(confidence ≥ 80%,support ≥30%)has a total of 22 association rules,of which the group with the highest support degree is "Zhongxuan-Zusanli"(support degree is 86.19%),and the confidence in the obtained association rules is high,between 80%～100%,and its comprehensive comparison,the acupoint group with high support + confidence is "Neiguan,Zusanli-Zhongxuan"(support is 42.54%,confidence is 100%);4.The core acupuncture points of acupuncture for the treatment of peptic ulcer shown by complex network analysis are Shenque,upper neck,lower neck,diaphragm Yu,Guan Yuan,Sanyin intercourse,Blood Sea,Shangju Void,Hegu,Kidney Yu,Zusanli,Spleen Yu,Tianshu,Jimen,Gongsun,Yinlingquan,Taichong,Stomach Yu,Zhongxuan,Liangqiu,Liver Yu,Qi Hai,Neiguan,Yangling Spring,Neiting,Jianli,Liangmen,Zhangmen.5.In the cluster analysis,the acupoints are divided into 5 major clustering groups,of which the first category: Zhongxuan,Zusanli,Spleen Yu,Gastric Yu,Neiguan,Guanyuan,Tianshu,Liver Yu,Kidney Yu,Qi Hai;The second category: Gongsun,Liangqiu,Jimen,Yanglingquan,Taichong;The third category: diaphragmatic Yu,three yin sex;The fourth category:Shenque,Sea of Blood;Fifth category: upper neck.6.In the factor analysis,the acupuncture points were extracted into 7 groups of common factors,which were factor 1:Gongsun,Guan Yuan,Neiguan,and Taichong;Factor 2: liver Yu,spleen Yu,kidney Yu,stomach Yu;Factor 3: Shenque,Tianshu;Factor 4: Upper neck,sea of blood;Factor 5:Zhongxuan,Yanglingquan;Factor 6: Yangling Spring,Liangqiu;Factor 7: Diaphragm Yu,Guan Yuan,Blood Sea.Conclusion:Summarizing the rules of acupuncture in the treatment of peptic ulcer in clinical practice can provide a basis for clinical treatment of the disease.This study used data mining technology to explore the clinical selection and application rules of acupuncture in the treatment of peptic ulcer,and concluded the following conclusions: first,acupuncture has a wide range of therapies for peptic ulcer treatment,among which the use of combination therapy is more frequent than monotherapy,and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine is the most frequently used and overall effective method in existing therapies;Second,the results obtained by data mining show that Ren Pulse and Foot Solar Bladder Meridian play an important role in the treatment of peptic ulcer by acupuncture,which can regulate meridian qi and blood by stimulating recruitment points,meeting points,back Yu points and Bahui points,so as to achieve the effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach,and channeling pain relief,thereby improving the symptoms of stomach pain and other patients.Third,the acupoints with high compatibility frequency and strong correlation obtained by the core group of peptic ulcer through association rule analysis,complex network analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis can form acupoint prescriptions after clinical specific differentiation.Fourth,in the matching of acupoints,the principle of local acupuncture and Yu recruitment is mostly followed.
