Clinical Features And Health-related Quality Of Life In Patients With Autoimmune Hepatitis

Objective:To understand the clinical characteristics and efficacy of AIH,explore the dynamic changes and influencing factors of AIH health-related quality of life,and provide reference for improving refined management.Methods:To analyze the general data,laboratory indicators,clinical manifestations of AIH clearly diagnosed by the hospital from January 2018 to September 2022,and follow up the treatment process,and analyze the clinical characteristics and efficacy of AIH.Select AIH diagnosed from January 2022 to September 2022,complete health-related quality of life assessment before treatment,1month,3 months and 6 months of treatment,and analyze its changes and influencing factors.Results:1.The study showed that serum TBIL,DBIL,AST,ALT,Ig G were significantly increased,and the main clinical manifestations were fatigue.2.98 cases of hormone reduction were formulated by doctors according to their condition,and 32 cases were mainly reduced according to the rule of reducing one tablet every two weeks.At 6months of treatment,the incomplete remission rate of the individualized reduction group was higher than that of the regular reduction group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the regular reduction group.At the end of 12 months of treatment,the rate of complete and incomplete remission in the individualized reduction group was higher than that in the regular reduction group,the recurrence rate was lower than that in the regular reduction group,and the rate of poor blood glucose control was lower.3.A total of 37 patients completed health-related quality of life assessment.Physiological function,general health status,social function,mental health,health change,fatigue,anxiety,total psychological score and total physiological score were all damaged after 1 month of treatment compared with those before treatment.Only social function gradually recovered with treatment,and body pain gradually relieved with treatment time.4.Women,monthly income<1000,incomplete remission,complications and complications are independent risk factors affecting the quality of life of AIH.Conclusion:1.The demography,hematology and clinical manifestations of AIH patients in Xinjiang have no specificity.2.Individualized treatment plan is more helpful to improve the remission rate,reduce the risk of treatment failure and recurrence and poor blood glucose control.3.The performance of patients in anxiety,mental health and other dimensions is not parallel to their condition.In clinical practice,we should pay attention to the evaluation of mental health and timely intervention to achieve the fine management of AIH patients.
