| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of auricular point sticking combined with routine acupuncture on chronic fatigue syndrome with deficiency of heart and spleen. Methods: 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome meeting the criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint sticking. After the treatment course lasted for 20 days(with 1 day rest),all data scores before and after the treatment were recorded and analyzed. Results: 1.Comparison of general data: There was no statistical significance in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the two groups of patients could be compared.2.Comparison of various data scores: Symptom scores(deficiency of heart and spleen),FS-14 and symptom scale were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and it was found that the scores of all scales decreased, and there were significant differences between the two groups of patients after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.3.Comparison of clinical effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%.The above two groups of treatment methods were effective on CFS,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Auricular acupoint sticking combined with conventional acupuncture and simple conventional acupuncture therapy has significant therapeutic effect, which can significantly improve patients’ fatigue and other related symptoms. From the score table before and after treatment,it can be concluded that the combined therapy is more effective, and the symptoms are significantly improved, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice. |
