Based On The "Chinese Medicine Law" Perspective,the Study Of Chinese Medicine Cultural Communication Capacity

The Implementation Plan of the 14th Five-Year Plan Project to Promote the Culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been issued successively,elevating the development of traditional Chinese medicine to the level of the national development strategy and promoting the education,dissemination,inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture.Since the "Law of the People’s Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine"was officially implemented in China on July 1,2017,it emphasized the importance of traditional Chinese medicine culture communication from the legal level for the first time,clarified the important position of traditional Chinese medicine,put forward the strategies and guidelines for the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture,and played an important role in promoting the capacity building of traditional Chinese medicine culture communication.In this paper,based on the perspective of the Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine,through the research of relevant materials,literature and questionnaire survey on the cultural communication ability of traditional Chinese medicine under the background of the promulgation of the Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the main research objects are students in colleges and universities.Through investigation and analysis,the foll owing problems are found:1.There are difficulties in traditional Chinese medicine culture standardization and cross-cultural communication.2.Traditional Chinese medicine culture communication mechanism is simple and lacks innovation.There is a shortage of compound talents for TCM cultural communication.4.TCM culture is difficult to understand and lacks affinity and effectiveness.Due to the cultural differences between the East and the West,the overseas recognition of TCM culture needs to be improved.The research and analysis have been proposed,and some solutions have been found:1.To establish a discourse system that integrates Chinese and foreign countries and a unified standard of traditional Chinese medicine culture;2.To broaden the transmission channels of traditional Chinese medicine culture;3.Pay attention to the cultivation of TCM cultural compound talents and grassroots team construction,4.Strengthen the standardization of TCM laws and regulations,and strengthen the determination and protection of TCM cultural intellectual property rights.Strengthen the dominant position of traditional Chinese medicine culture and enhance its cultural identity.Finally,through the analysis of questionnaire results and literature review,the author puts forward the following ways to realize the effective transmission of TCM culture:1.Strengthen the standardization of TCM laws and regulations,and strengthen the confirmation and protection of TCM cultural intellectual property rights;2.Expand traditional Chinese medicine culture transmission channels and innovate external publicity methods;3.Pay attention to the cultivation of TCM cultural compound talents and the construction of grassroots teams;4.Enhance the affinity and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine culture;5.Establish a discourse system that integrates Chinese and foreign countries and a unified standard of traditional Chinese medicine culture;6.Strengthen the dominant position of traditional Chinese medicine culture and enhance its cultural identity.Through these solutions,China will improve its ability to spread TCM culture and promote TCM culture to the world.
