Foudation Of Methodological System Based On Syndrome Differentiation And Type Treatment

The purpose of this paper is to collect and analyze clinical cases in which Zhulingtang is the main formula,to clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of Zhulingtang,the main diseases,the main and concurrent symptoms,the characteristics of the tongue and pulse,and the flavoring of the formula,so as to provide corresponding reference for the application of Zhulingtang on the one hand,and to provide a basis for the establishment of the system of formula identification and treatment on the other.In this study,we searched articles before 2023 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,and Wan Fang data with the theme of "Zhulingtang",and also reviewed the records of Zhulingtang in ancient and modern medical texts to screen the medical cases that met the inclusion criteria,analyzed the disease spectrum,symptoms,tongue and pulse,and medication of Zhulingtang in the medical cases,and combined with the golden division method to explore the main symptoms,concurrent symptoms,tongue and pulse characteristics and clinical addition and subtraction rules of Zhulingtang.Conclusions:1.Main symptoms of Zhuling Decotion: inconvenient urination,thirst for drinking,sleeplessness,disturbed heart,edema,short red urine,blood in urine,distension and pain in less abdomen,fever,lumbago,dizziness,constipation,lumbago.2.concurrent symptoms: fatigue,dullness,red face,abdominal distension and pain,sweating,cough,lumbar and knee weakness and 19 other symptoms;3.Tongue and pulse: the main tongue image is red tongue with little,thin yellow or yellowish moss;the main pulse image is a composite pulse image consisting of fine pulse,counted pulse,string pulse and sunken pulse,among which fine counted pulse,stringed fine pulse,stringed fine pulse and sunken fine pulse are the main ones.5.Main increasing Chinese medicines: rhizoma imperatae,glycyrrhiza,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,rhubarb,ecliptae,fructus gardeniae,radix paeoniae alba;semen plantaginis;radix paeoniae rubra,cortex phellodendri,Astragalus membranaceus,Rhizoma Dioscoreae Tokoro,Angelica sinensis,ligustrum lucidum ait,Pyrrosia,radix bupleuri.
