| Objective:This study evaluates the intervention effect of dragon pot therapy on patients with chronic fatigue syndrome with qi deficiency,which provides new ideas for the prevention and care of chronic fatigue syndrome,and enriches the TCM nursing intervention program for chronic fatigue syndrome.Method:From November 2021 to December 2022,72 patients with CFS who attended the TCM characteristic nursing clinic of a third-class Chinese medicine hospital in Harbin were recruited through posters,We Chat publicity,etc.According to the random number table method,72 patients were randomly divided into 36 cases in the control group and given comprehensive nursing intervention related to CFS care,and 36 patients in the experimental group were given dragon jar intervention on the basis of the control group,Prepare every 2 days,2 times a week,for a total of 4weeks.The fatigue symptom scale,CFS symptom score scale,somatic and mental health report and qi deficiency transformation score of the two groups before and after the intervention were observed and compared,the overall clinical effect was calculated,whether the patients had adverse reactions during the trial,the intervention effect of the dragon jar was comprehensively evaluated,and the safety of its clinical treatment was explored.Results:1.Before the intervention,the general data(age,course of disease,etc.),fatigue symptom scale,CFS symptom score scale,somatic and mental health report,and qi deficiency transformation score of the two groups were compared,and no significant difference(P>0.05)was found,which was comparable.2.After the intervention,the total score of fatigue on the fatigue symptom scale in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total score of the chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score scale in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the physical and mental health report score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the qi deficiency transformation score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Intra-group comparison before and after intervention: the fatigue symptom scale,CFS symptom score scale,physical and mental health report,and qi deficiency transformation score of the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After the intervention,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared between the groups,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Among them,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 81.81%;The total effective rate of the control group was 61.76%.Conclusion:1.Dragon pot therapy relieves the symptoms of CFS fatigue and reduces the adverse effects of CFS.2.Dragon pot therapy can improve the physical and mental health of CFS patients with qi deficiency and transform the biased constitution.3.Dragon pot therapy has a reliable effect on the treatment of CFS with qi deficiency,is safe and effective,and has application and popularization value in clinical practice,and can be further in-depth. |
