Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis (Syndrome Of Wind-Cold-Dampness Blocking Type) With Of Wenbi Decoction Combined With Long Snake Moxibustion

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenbi decoction combined with long snake moxibustion therapy on patients with psoriasis of wind-cold-dampness blocking type.Methods:72 patients were selected from January 2022 to January 2023 from the dermatology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients who meet the clinical diagnosis and inclusion criteria of psoriasis of wind-cold-dampness blocking type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.34 cases in the treatment group were treated with Wenbi decoction combined with long snake moxibustion,and 35 cases in the control group were treated with acitretin capsule combined with total glucosides of paeony capsule.The observation period of the two groups was 8 weeks,and the PASI score,TCM syndrome score and VAS pain score were recorded before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,and the ESR level was recorded at the same time.The recorded data of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.Resluts:1.There were significant differences in PASI score,TCM syndrome score,VAS pain score and ESR level between the two groups before and after treatment(P< 0.05).2.Taking PASI score as the main criterion for judging the curative effect,the total effective rate of acitretin capsule combined with total glucosides of paeony capsule group was 74.28%,and that of Wenbi decoction combined with long snake moxibustion group was 82.35%.3.Taking the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine as the secondary criterion for judging the curative effect,the total effective rate of acitretin capsule combined with total glucosides of paeony capsule group was77.14%,and that of Wenbi decoction combined with long snake moxibustion group was 88.57%,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Wenbi decoction combined with long snake moxibustion in the treatment of psoriasis of wind-cold-dampness blocking type can effectively improve the PASI score and TCM syndrome score of patients.2.Wenbi decoction combined with long snake moxibustion in the treatment of psoriasis of wind-cold-dampness blocking type can relieve the symptoms of joint pain and reduce the level of ESR.3.Wenbi decoction combined with long snake moxibustion is a safe and effective method for the treatment of psoriasis of wind-cold-dampness blocking type.
