Objective: An observational study on the healing effects and safe effects on patients with lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis of Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with intermediate frequency pulsed electrical therapy. Methods: Obtaining the theoretical basis to support the research:searching relevant literature for literature research(Literature search in Wanfang Database and CNKI).The method was based on the random number method, and 60 patients with lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis who attended the Orthopaedic Injury Clinic II of the No.1 Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Dec.2021 to Dec.2022 period, with complete admission data and meeting the selection criteria of this study, were randomly grouped into 2 groups, with 30 patients included in each group. In the treatment group Fu’s subcutaneous needling method was used in combination with intermediate frequency pulsed electricity, and the control group was given pass traditional acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pulsed electrical treatment.Fu’s subcutaneous needling therapy was given on a course of three times a week every other day.traditional acupuncture and medium-frequency pulse electrotherapy were given once a day,and 6 consecutive treatments were followed by 1 day of rest for a course of treatment, patients in both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The SF-MPQ pain composite score and ODI dysfunction index were collected and recorded for both groups of patients prior to and after 2 courses of treatment, and collected and recorded again by telephone follow-up 1 month after discharge, and the data of the two groups were collated and compared between and within groups, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was assessed based on the SF-MPQ pain composite score. The variance analysis of the data of the two groups was calculated using SPSS24.0 software.Results:1.Statistical analysis and comparison of gender, age, duration of illness(admission data),SF-MPQ scores and ODI indices of patients in both groups before treatment,P>0.05,this indicates that the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant and were comparable.2.The index scores and index conditions of patients in both groups after2 courses were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant with P<0.05 after comparison and analysis by SPSS processing. And after treatment, the index scores and indices were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant. The scores and indices of the two groups of patients at follow-up were compared and analyzed by SPSS processing with pretreatment,P<0.05,statistically significant, and the histogram and statistics showed that the SF-MPQ scores and ODI indices of the control group at follow-up increased more than those of the treatment group.3.The efficacy of the treatment group was determined as 5(cured),11(effective),12(effective),2(ineffective),with a general efficiency of93.33%,the efficacy of the control group was determined as 1(cured),9(significant),14(effective),6(ineffective),with a general efficiency of80.00%,and by statistical analysis and comparison,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.4.During the treatment period of the 60 patients included, only one case of bruising occurred in the control group after a small amount of subcutaneous bleeding, which was absorbed by itself after local pressure and compression and did not affect the treatment, and no safety events occurred.Conclusion:1.Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with intermediate frequency pulsed electricity and conventional acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pulsed electricity are both effective in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis.2.The effect of Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with intermediate frequency pulsed electricity therapy in relieving pain symptoms and improving activity function was better than that of traditional acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pulsed electricity.3.The efficacy of Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with intermediate frequency pulsed electricity is stable, safe and effective, and compared with conventional acupuncture,Fu’s subcutaneous needling has advantages in some aspects, and it has the value to be promoted in clinical application. |
