| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Fu’subcutaneous needling combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain, whether the Fu ’ subcutaneous needling combined with acupuncture has better effect on relieving pain and improving the function of lumbar activity, and whether it can better improve the quality of life of patients,so as to provide clinical treatment basis.MethodsFrom August 2019 to November 2020,a total of 100 patients with lumbar muscle strain who met the criteria from the Department of Acupuncture of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study cases. The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely 34 patients in the combination group,33 patients in the acupuncture group and 33 patients in the Fu’subcutaneous needling group. The combination group was treated with Fu’subcutaneous needling combined with filiform needle acupuncture, once every other day,3 times as a course of treatment;the acupuncture group was treated with pure filiform needle acupuncture, once a day,for 5 consecutive treatments, and 5 times as a course of treatment;the Fu ’subcutaneous needling group was treated with pure Fu ’subcutaneous needling, the treatment was every other day,3 times as a course of treatment;the 3 groups were all rested for 2days between the two courses,5 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Through the changes of VAS pain score and ODI disability index, the effect of pain degree and lumbar activity function of lumbar muscle strain was observed, and the clinical comprehensive effect was evaluated finally. All patients were observed and evaluated on the day before the first treatment and the day after the end of all treatments.SPSS25.0software was used to analyze the data and compare the clinical effect of the three treatment methods.ResultsDuring the treatment process,5 cases withdrew from this study due to various reasons. Finally, data analysis of 95 cases was completed, including 32 cases in the combination group,32 cases in the acupuncture group, and 31 cases in Fu’subcutaneous needling group.1.Comparison before treatment: gender, age, course of disease,VAS pain score and ODI index of patients in the three groups were compared before treatment,P>0.05,indicating that the three groups of patients are comparable.2.Intra-group comparation of 3 groups: After all the three groups of patients were treated, the VAS pain score and ODI index after treatment were compared with the data before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparation between 3 groups:(1)The VAS score of the combination group and the acupuncture group were compared after treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant. The VAS score of the combination group and the Fu’subcutaneous needling group were compared after treatment,P < 0.05,the difference was significant Statistically significant. The VAS score of the acupuncture group and the Fu’subcutaneous needling group were compared s after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(2)The ODI index of the combination group and the acupuncture group were compared after treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant. The ODI index of the combination group and the Fu’subcutaneous needling group were compared after treatment,P < 0.05,the difference was significant Statistically significant. The ODI index of the acupuncture group and the Fu’subcutaneous needling group were compared with after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.4.Clinical efficiency’s Comparation between 3 groups:(1)The total effective rate of the combination group was 96.88%,the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 75.00%,and the total effective rate of the Fu’subcutaneous needling group was 77.42%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)The clinical comprehensive effect of the combination group was compared with the acupuncture group and the Fu’subcutaneous needling group respectively,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The clinical comprehensive effect of the acupuncture group and the Fu ’subcutaneous needling group was compared,P > 0.05,The difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion1.Fu’subcutaneous needling combined with acupuncture, pure acupuncture and pure Fu’subcutaneous needling have good clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain, which can relieve pain and improve the function of lumbar activity.2.Fu’subcutaneous needling combined acupuncture has better clinical comprehensive effect than pure acupuncture and pure Fu’subcutaneous needling,as well as a more prominent effect n relieving pain and improving the function of lumbar activity.Fu ’ subcutaneous needling combined with acupuncture has a definite effect in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain, significantly improving the quality of daily life of patients with lumbar muscle strain, and it is worthy of clinical application. |
