Clinical Observation Of Yangyin Runfei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Hoarseness With Lung And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Runfei decoction in treating Chronic hoarseness of lung kidney yin deficiency type,providing a basis for the promotion and application of Yangyin Runfei decoction in treating Chronic hoarseness of lung kidney yin deficiency type.Method:The cases were selected from November 2021 to November 2022 at the Otolaryngology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Diagnosed as Chronic hoarseness of lung and kidney yin deficiency,aged between 18 and 65 years old,regardless of gender,with a total of 60 cases.They were divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases using a random number table.The treatment group received Yangyin Runfei decoction,while the control group received Baihe Gujin pills.14 days is a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,and the symptom and sign scores,VAS scores and voice handicap index integral(VHI-10)of the two groups of patients were recorded before treatment,on the 14 th day of treatment,and on the 28 th day of treatment,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:1.After the end of this clinical study,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70%.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).2.After 14 days of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of hoarseness,incomplete glottis closure,and secondary syndrome of lung and kidney yin deficiency(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a better therapeutic effect.3.After 28 days of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of hoarseness,dry throat,throat pain,cough and phlegm,redness and swelling of the laryngeal mucosa and vocal cords,incomplete glottis closure,and secondary syndrome of lung and kidney yin deficiency(P<0.05),The therapeutic effect of various symptoms and signs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.After 28 days of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving VAS score and VHI-10 score,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangyin Runfei decoction has a good therapeutic effect on chronic hoarseness with deficiency of lung and kidney yin.2.The clinical effect of Yangyin Runfei decoction in the treatment of chronic hoarseness with deficiency of lung and kidney yin is better than that of Baihe Gujin pills.
