| Objective:By comparing,observing,and evaluating the scale scores before and after the treatment of CSR patients with acupuncture on the Yangming meridian area and conventional acupuncture on CSR patients,this clinical study explored the practical application value of the treatment of CSR patients with acupuncture on the Yangming meridian area,and then expanded the clinical diagnosis and treatment methods of CSR to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods:In this study,60 patients with CSR who met the diagnostic requirements of the outpatient clinic and ward of our department were selected and divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,1case in the control group fell off during the experiment,and 30 cases in the final treatment group and 29 cases in the control group completed the study experiment.The control group used conventional acupuncture therapy,each time the needle was retained for 30 min,and 6 times a week was a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses were performed.The treatment group adopts the method of discerning and treating the scriptures and selecting acupoints,selecting the hand A is acupoint,the large vertebrae,shoulder hip,arm,Quchi,hand sanli,Yili,Hegu,neck A is acupoint,neck clamp ridge acupoint point adopts the standard stabbing method,each time the needle is left for 30 min,6times a week as a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment.The changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded,and the statistical software SPSS26.0 was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of CSR in the Yangming meridian area.Results:1.Comparison of data before treatment: Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Intra-group comparison: Scores of all scales in the two groups were improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and both methods had therapeutic effects,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison between groups: After treatment,VAS score and 20 points of Tanaka Kuyasu Symptom Quantification table were better in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistical significance in the improvement of cervical motion in lateral flexion position(P>0.05).4.Effective rate statistics: According to the analysis of efficacy results of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%;The total effective rate of the control group was 69%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment in the area of the hand Yangming meridian selected by conventional acupuncture treatment and dialectical treatment has a good effect on the relief of CSR symptoms,and can improve the symptoms related to the neck,shoulder,arm and hand.2.In the acupuncture treatment of CSR,the treatment of CSR can better understand the symptoms and pathogenesis of CSR.This paper is described,and then provides a basis for the selection of acupuncture points,and the effect of targeted selection of acupuncture points in the area of Hand Yangming Meridian for CSR(Xiang Paralysis,Hand Yangming Jing Certificate)is stronger than that of conventional acupuncture treatment. |
