Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Fire Needle Therapy On The Xi Points Of The Three Yang Meridians Of The Hand In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosi

Purpose: To analyze and compare the efficacy of the two therapies in the treatment of cervical spondylosis by observing the improvement of pain and limited mobility and other functional disorders in patients with cervical spondylosis by observing the improvement of the acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy in patients with cervical spondylosis,so as to find more effective treatment obstacles and provide more treatment ideas and basis for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.Material and methods: In this study,60 patients with cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine were selected to communicate with the patients about the process and purpose of the study,sign the informed consent form and complete the personal information after obtaining consent,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was given hand sanyang meridian acupoint millifire acupuncture therapy,the control group was given conventional acupuncture therapy,and both groups were treated with 2 courses.The efficacy of the two groups before treatment,after the first treatment and after the treatment course was compared by visual analogue scoring(VAS),cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)and TCM syndrome score scale,and the SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze the data and data to evaluate the efficacy difference between the two groups,and analyze and explore the safety and desirability of this study.Results:1.There were no significant differences in the general data pain and VAS score,NDI score and TCM syndrome score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The VAS score,NDI score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups after the first treatment and after the end of the course of treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The VAS score,NDI score,TCM syndrome score and total effective rate of the observation group after the first treatment and after the end of the course of treatment were all better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The VAS score,NDI score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group after the first treatment had obvious advantages over the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the hand sanyang meridian acupoint millifire acupuncture therapy had a significant immediate pain relief effect.Conclusions:1.Hand Sanyang Jingxian Acupoint Millifire Acupuncture Therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy can effectively improve or eliminate functional disorders such as pain and limited activity in patients with cervical cervical spondylosis.2.The indicators and total effective rate of Hand Sanyang Jingxiao acupoint millifire acupuncture therapy for cervical spondylosis are better than conventional acupuncture therapy,and the effect after the first treatment is particularly prominent.3.Hand Sanyang Jingxian Acupoint Millifire Acupuncture Therapy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis has the advantages of rapid onset and significant curative effect,which can be further promoted and expand ideas.
