Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Recurrent Urinary Tract Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney By Adding And Reducing Zhuzhoushan Pill Combined With Salt Ironing

Objective:By observing the clinical symptoms,laboratory examination,TCM syndrome score and short-term and long-term total effective rate of patients with recurrent urinary tract infection treated with spleen and kidney deficiency with Zhuzhoushan pill plus or without salt irulation,we hope to provide more new ideas for treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection.Methods:A total of 70 patients with recurrent urinary tract infection from outpatient department and ward of nephropathy Department of our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.In addition to conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with the combination of salt and ironing.The control group was given long-term low-dose antimicrobial therapy:Furantoin(0.1g each time),levofloxacin tablets(0.1g each time)and cefuroxime(0.5g each time)were given for 2weeks each,and those allergic to any of the above drugs could be replaced with compound sulfamethoxazole(1 tablet each time).The drugs were taken once every night after empting the bladder before going to bed,and were repeated for 6 weeks after the end of 6 weeks.The total duration of treatment in both groups was 12 weeks.Follow-up was 12 weeks.After the end of treatment,the short-term and long-term effective rates of the two groups were analyzed,and the efficacy indexes of urine analysis of white blood cell count,urinary bacterial culture,TCM syndrome score,α1-MG,urinary NAG enzyme,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and the safety indexes of liver function,kidney function and blood routine were analyzed.Result:1.TCM syndrome efficacy:the total score of both groups was significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,the total effective rate of the control group was 75%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Clinical efficacy:The short-term total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.94%,the long-term total effective rate was 84.85%,the short-term total effective rate in the control group was 81.25%,the long-term total effective rate in the control group was 71.88%,the short-term and long-term total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Laboratory examination:After treatment,urine white blood cell count,α1-MG,urine NAG enzyme,CD4~+/CD8~+in both groups were better than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Safety and efficacy:There were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,electrocardiogram,renal function,liver function,stool routine and other safety indexes in the two groups,and both groups had good safety.Conclusion:1.The combination of supplement and reduction of Zhuzhoushan pill and salt irulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with recurrent urinary tract infection with spleen-kidney deficiency type.2.The combination of salt and ironing with Qianzhushan pill can effectively regulate the immune capacity of patients with recurrent urinary tract infection with spleen-kidney deficiency.3.The treatment of patients with recurrent urinary tract infection with spleen and kidney deficiency with Zhuzhoushan pill plus plus plus plus plus salt ironing has high clinical safety and has clinical promotion value.
