Clinical Observation Of Huacai Gubu Decoction In The Treatment Of Arteriosclerotic Obliterans Of Lower Limbs (Syndrome Of Vein Stasis And Heat)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huacai Gubu decoction in the treatment of choriostasis heat syndrome of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans,and to propose and popularize the diagnosis and treatment idea of traditional prescription for the treatment of choriostasis heat syndrome of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods: A total of 48 patients diagnosed with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterators(stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ)syndrome of vein stasis and heat were selected from January 2022 to December 2022 in the second Department of Peripheral Vascular Disease,The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 24 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the two groups were given symptomatic treatment including statins,calcium channel blockers,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,insulin,aspirin and other drugs,such as antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,hypoglycemic,hypofibrotic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment.The treatment group was given Huacai Gubu Decoction,one dose a day,two bags of 150 ml each,and two times in the morning and evening after meals.The control group was orally treated with 5 Tongsaimai tablets,three times a day.Clinical symptoms and signs,infrared thermography(IRT),triglyceride(TG),fibrinogen(FIB),plasma D-dimer(D-dimer)white blood cell count(WBC)and overall efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared for a 28-day course of treatment.Results:(1)Symptom scores of skin color,pain,distance of intermittent claudication and time to remission of intermittent claudication after treatment were significantly optimized compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,infrared thermogram(IRT)of patients is significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,triglyceride(TG),fibrinogen(FIB),plasma D-dimer(D-dimer)and white blood cell count(WBC)of patients were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)After one course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Huacai Gubu Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs,infrared thermogram,triglyceride,blood fibrinogen,plasma D-dimer,white blood cell count and the overall curative effect of choriostasis heat syndrome of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.(2)The clinical effect of Huacai Gubu decoction on vein stasis heat syndrome of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans is better than that of Tongsaimai tablet.
